A LETTER TO RUSSELL & BROMLEY EDINBURGH
I bought my first pair of Russell & Bromley shoes last Saturday, your shoes are really beautiful and I really loved them. When I came back home, I uploaded the picture of these shoes to my blog and all my friends said wonderful. I thought I would be a loyal customer of your brand from then on. However, your staff's customer service totally disappointed me.
Last Saturday, when I asked your staff to offer tax refund, they said there was no tax refund form at that moment, and told me to come again next Monday or Tuesday. So I agreed and left. Today is Tuesday, I put down my work and went to your shop in Edinburgh for the second time, but a female staff there told me there was still no form and asked me to go to Edinburgh Tourist Information Center, and she said very doubtlessly that I can get a tax refund there, so I trusted her. But after I arrived at Edinburgh Tourist Information Center, staff there refused to return my tax and told me I must have a tax refund form as well as the signature from the shop where I bought goods. Then, I can do nothing but went back to your lovely shop in Edinburgh again! I told your staff the whole process, but they said it was not their fault. I tried to calm down and wanted a good solution, so I asked your staff the definite date I can have a tax refund form, and wanted to leave my email to ease later communication. BUT, your staff said: "Oh, we do not provide this kind of email service, and we also do not know when we will have tax refund forms, maybe 10 days later, or maybe even later." How would you feel when you walked more than an hour but still got nothing!!!
Now I am still very wrathful! Right, you are the god, we customer are servant and born to go back and forth to get what we should get! read more
