After AAA shafted me ("Oh it's not an emergency and we're only doing tows for emergencies right now"), and the first place I called this morning estimated 60-90 minutes but hadn't shown up 3+ hours later, I gave these guys a call. First impression: the lady answering the phone is clearly used to talking to customers and knows how to make one feel like they're going to be taken care of. As opposed to Other Shop #1, where I came away without much confidence that I was even in their system to be picked up. Second impression: After the initial ETA was estimated at 60-90 minutes, the truck showed up within less than 30. Third impression: The driver, Dustin, was friendly and professional. Start to finish, a good experience all around. In summary: I wish I'd called these guys first! Ideally I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call now. read more

If I could, I want to put ZERO STARS. Holy shit. I have been waiting them to pick up my car since 9:30-5:30. EIGHT HOURS WAITING. They didn't show up. What!!! I tried to call them again and again. First time they said will arrive in 180 minutes. NO, They didn't. Second time they said will arrive in 40 minutes. Ok I waited, but NOT show up again. Third time they said 18 more minutes. Fourth time they said 26 minutes because of traffic. I'm SOOOOOOO ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. I gave them the last chance. Fifth time they said will arrive in 5 minutes. I wait for 10 minutes NO ONE SHOW UP. Waste my time waste my whole day. I'm not even get any call from this company while I'm waiting. Terrible service. Starter died on work van. Spoke w Mike. Nice guy. Very helpful. Driver was there fast. Van was dropped fast. Emailed me a receipt fast. Only charged $150, which I found extremely reasonable. My experience with tow guys has been pretty awful until I found Reed & Rush Towing. This is only the 3rd review I've left. I took time bc they really did an exceptional job and should be recognized for it. read more

My vehicle left me stranded on the side of the highway, after contacting my insurance they sent me a truck from Rush Towing and a driver by the name of Joe. All my electrical stopped working and it was hard to get out of the driver side door as the traffic was going by fast. I couldnt get out of the passenger side as I have a huge 7 month pregnant belly and my seat was not moving nor my windows working, it was so hot out and I was panicking. I asked tow truck dispatcher if they could hurry as I was pregnant and the heat was awful, Joe arrived and looked rushed because he was genuniely concerned and made it to be FASTER than the time i was told. He offered water and was just so sweet, he was heaven sent! read more

Horrible service! My high school son's car died. My insurance company called this company to tow car to dealership. I was told what time to meet driver so I could pay him. Tow truck driver called me to ask where car was in high school parking lot. I told him where car was and that I was on my way. I was early by 10 minutes and the driver left. Why didn't the driver call me and ask how close I was to car? The driver had my number and had already called me to find the car. Why the heck didn't he call me back? I'm a single mom and didn't have the luxury of not going to work until I would meet the car. I'm probably going to lose my job. read more

When you get five-star service is when you want to Yelp for joy. So Bravo to Rush for earning it. it was the worst of those sub zero Denver days last week (all time record low of -13) and after a full day of driving a company car in nightmare conditions, go figure my own car dies. My insurance agent arranged for a tow; Laurie from Rush called immediately. Normally when someone tells you it could take 90 minutes to come from eight miles away, it's not a good thing. But given the road conditions and number of wrecks I'd already seen that day I didn't really care who came or how long. I was more concerned about IF. I hoped their truck didn't slide off the road or get hit. Laurie called with updates a couple of times which was reassuring. The driver took less than an hour. I noticed immediately that the truck was clean inside and the equipment for towing, was new-ish. The credit card machine processed quickly and printed a receipt on the spot that the insurance company asked for. The driver had GPS on his tablet so I didn't have to give directions and could concentrate on freezing to death. The driver'd been out rescuing people all day but he could as easily been out sailing. He was friendly with an even-keeled nature and made what would have been a surrealistic nightmare into a minor inconvenience. Well, not really. It sucks that my car is dead. If Zero stars was an option, I'd go with zero. For one, the dispatcher (Laura) is an absolute liar who will BS you continually while you are waiting for their tow truck to show up. We broke down no more than a mile down the road from their shop so we gave them a call. She told us "Oh, you're right near us, the truck will be right out and we'll see you very shortly". We were quite relieved thinking our ordeal would soon be over. 20 min later and no truck, I called back and got "Oh, he's almost there but an accident is slowing him down". I checked my google maps app and even just from watching the road, there was no slow down in traffic and no accident. Another 15 min go by and another call and the same response "Oh, he'll be there any second". At this point, we were beginning to consider the fact that we were being played and started looking for other tow options. After another 15 min, I called back and got the exact same reply. When I brought up that she had been saying that for 45 min, she said "Oh, I give our driver a call to see what's going on and call you right back". Shocker of shockers, she never called back. A full hour plus into this fun filled adventure, I called one last time and she literally didn't pick up. I had my wife call on her cell phone and voila!, she immediately answered and tried the same BS. She also tried to tell us we hadn't been waiting an hour and that she would never say they'd right there. "Oh we tell everyone it takes 60 min so I don't know what your husband told you". I almost wonder if she didn't realize I was sitting right there listening. My wife, rightfully, went off on her and FINALLY the tow driver arrived another 10 min later. Once there, he clearly had no idea that we were riding with him (despite the dispatcher asking us that and saying she would let him know). Then he got lost repeatedly while towing our car to our repair shop. He actually turned into a residential neighborhood (using his phone GPS over my directions and repeated statements of "Its off of Wadsworth next to Home Depot". Once we finally got near Wadsworth, he actually had the gall to ask me what the name of the repair shop was after I had already told him it at least 4 times. Then, once the car was off his truck, he had the gall to say I was lying when I asked what took so long and why would Laura say "a few min" when it was well over an hour. "She wouldn't say that". Oh, so I guess I misheard or I guess I'm just making crap up. Here's a thought, JUST BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE ON TIMING. All you did with your stupidity and lying is ensure I will NEVER use your services again and I will tell everyone I ever meet to not use Rush Automotive Towing unless they enjoy being screwed over repeatedly and lied to. Hell, I told the guys at the repair shop and I will keep telling people. There are plenty of other tow services available...I'd use them over this joke of a business. read more

If I could give a half of a star I would. Called a 24 hour tow service and left two messages with no response. 3 hours later I received a call back FINALLY!! Was able to find another company that was there for the emergency tow at 7 am in the morning right away. Horrible customer service and when you are a 24 hour service, you should be able to at least call someone and let them know you aren't available. The gentleman who called back after 3 hours was completely clueless and didn't seem to care they lost money. I would've actually paid Rush's garage to make the repairs as well as the tow, so obviously they lost out on money. Unless you like hanging out on the side of the road all day I would highly recommend another company. This isn't a disgruntled ex-employee either, just a hard working guy who expects a business to act like one. read more

So great! We had a dead battery. I called 2 places before I found these guys. The first place was completely unprofessional and kept taking down the wrong info. The second place went to a vm that wasn't even the number I dialed. Finally discovered these folks and they answered the phone professionally, looked at where their drivers were and found one who would be going right past us to another job. He stopped off and solved our problem quickly. He was really nice and I was relieved that we could get back on the road. I highly recommend these guys and I appreciate their focus on both customer communication and their desire to get your problem solved quickly. read more

I had a need for a jumpstart due to the fact that my children had left a power door and some lights on in my vehicle overnight. The roadside assistance company I have used in the past had gone out of business and I really needed to get to work. I was searching the internet and kept finding different phone numbers associated with the same business and they were very suspicious and told me they were booked. The End. Finally I happened upon Rush Automtoive and Towing and they were very professional. Explained the cost and I was happy that there was not an additional mileage charge for them to come to my location (as was the case with others). I did have to wait a bit but to be fair it was an extremely frigid morning and they were very busy which I understood. The driver was very courteous - tested the battery to ensure it was not a problem with my alternator - and had me on my way. I have programmed their number into my phone so I can call Rush if this should happen again. read more

Well done Rush Automotive and Towing!! Courteous, on time, friendly and professional. Had called 3 of the towing companies on the Yelp list and 2 of them didn't even return our call. Granted, it is a record cold day, holiday, etc. Another towing company was scheduled and they canceled when their truck broke down. Tried Rush and they answered, scheduled and showed up on New Year's Eve. Got the car on the truck and delivered to the service shop. Price was competitive - I will use them again if I ever need a tow! read more
