I've been a client for almost 5 years and they have become family!…read more I was particularly happy when they added Red Light beds to their list of services as I had been interested in exploring this therapy. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, & knowledgeable about services and products making recommendations and answering any questions clients may have. The managers do a great job training the part time staff. I have a service animal and this is definitely a "happy place" to take a break after errands appointments. And "The Guy" is the best!!

Brought it to the attention of management, who proceeded to tell me it DIDN'T MATTER if the facial lamps weren't on because the "rest were facial bulbs" anyway. Personally, paying for a bed and not having facial lamps *does* matter. I'd advise turning on your bed prior to undressing (losing tan time) to make sure things are in working order. Ugh.

Other tanning salons charge nothing to freeze. You also have to cancel your account before the 1st of the month, even though my bill cycles on the 15th, or you will be charged another month even if you cancel before the 15th. They say there's nothing they can do. So, I won't be back. Especially since there's a $99 fee to start service again. Had they simply waived the freeze fee, I might come back 3 months later. Otherwise nice place.

From the moment I walked in, no greeting, no smile, no courtesy. Just short answers and scowling faces. Customer service is horrible! The owner should send in some secret customers to get a real view of how people are being treated. From someone who has never had a spray tan, I was extremely uncomfortable. Highly advise to not use this company. Don't post on Facebook about your services being someone's passion--- that's a lie!

So after the 4 months I thought I was finished. Well apparently they keep taking money out of your account until you tell them to stop! They took 66.00 a month fir 5 months before I caught it! And I did not tan at all during those months! They will not give me my money back because they are thieves! Their beds constantly have bulbs burnt out because they know that you have no way of knowing how old the bulbs are so they leave them in till they burn out! That should NEVER happen! Disappointed and misled. They did not listen to my request…read more As a recent transplant to the area, finding a new salon is already stressful. I specifically called ahead and asked for a stylist who specializes in short haircuts. Instead, I was paired with someone who seemed fresh out of school and specialized in highlights. I showed the stylist multiple inspiration pictures, but the final result looked nothing like them. Don't let the high-end atmosphere or great reviews fool you--they completely ignored my preferences. Not every woman wants long, highlighted hair. Some of us are professionals who prefer short, sharp styles, and we deserve to be paired with stylists who actually have that skill set. I drove home in tears. Save your money and go somewhere that actually listens to clients.

The monthly fee will get you unlimited tanning in the level one beds. These beds suck and burn you no matter how tolerant you are. If you want to upgrade to a level two or three bed, you have to pay on top of your monthly fee. Ridiculous. The employees are not very helpful or polite. I had a problem with my account and ended up getting charged a late fee for no reason. Apparently there was nothing they could do about it. This place is also dirty. They have been painting all summer and the paint job is not done, painters tape is still up, and there are now paint blobs all over the floor. It also looks like they haven't mopped in ages.

She did not explain one thing to me about what she was doing or how long it would take, and your eyes are closed the entire time. At one point she said 'I'm going to use the bathroom. Holler if you need me.' I didn't even know her name. After the procedure I asked questions about what exactly she did to my lashes. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never go back.
