They were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, and I really appreciated how seriously they took the turnaround time on this project. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ronen and his incredible staff for my graduation sash…read moreembroidered customization, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. While Ronen's demeanor may initially come across as assertive, I quickly discovered that it stemmed from his genuine dedication and care for his customers. His recommendations of keeping my customizations simple had made my sash look very elegant. The process was quick and easy from my initial meeting with him. Here's the timeline: meeting, emailed my query, next day I put my customizations in place, my was sash done by the 3rd day, and throughout this time his staff was actively attentive to my many questions. The only thing I could say is maybe lowering the pricing for college students, however, I did keep in my mind I had entered my request literally the week before. Ultimately, I preferred the quality over pricing. Thank you again to Ronen and his staff for making this happen.

He was incredibly rude and condescending through the entirety of our interaction which ended with me leaving and not completing service. He repeatedly rushed me through my request and my questions and insisted that the work i wanted was not possible and got more rude when i tried to ask for clarity or alternatives. At one point, another worker came up to me to explain the issue but actually started to work with me to find better placement that would still look good, marked it out and everything. He then rushed over to us and snatched my item from his own employee and as we were trying to explain the solution he kept telling her - in front of me like i wasn't there - to tell me no that it can't be done. He then repeatedly scolded me for talking to his employees because they're busy, though she came up to me herself to help. He then took my item back to the office and dropped on the floor and literally kicked it aside to go send me the invoice then brushed past me and said rudely, pay this so we can get this done. i took my item and left, i went to Pico and Main where there are a TON of custom embroidery shops, that are family-owned and great quality. Those shops either gave me options for working around the limits of the item or pointed me to a shop that could get it done. I ultimately found one that completed my work same day, with great quality, and great service, for less money , but any cost would have been worth not working with ninja stitch. PLEASE take your business to a more professional and productive company that will value their customers, craft, and reputation and won't completely play in your face and make you regret walking through their door.

They charged $60 for a total of 4 additions (definitely better than other quotes), and estimated a 5 business day turnaround. When I got there, they kept their word and Jackie showed me the different flag and font options they had and sketched them, making it a lot easier for me to preview and decide whether to go forward. I paid upfront, and I got a message just 2 days later asking me to approve the placements and everything. Surprisingly, they finished it just one day after I approved it, even though they'd originally estimated a 4-day turnaround (including the weekend)! When I picked up the sash, I couldn't have been more pleased! Jackie's communication and friendliness really helped with my apprehension about possibly not getting what I'd envisioned.

If you're looking for something fun and unique, I would totally recommend coming here to do rug…read moretufting. The price is a bit higher compared to some nearby places I found online, but it's absolutely worth every cent if you want the best quality product and experience. This was my first time rug tufting, and I can confidently say you're in great hands. Eryn and Jordan made everything easy to follow, and rug tufting itself is very forgiving, you can make mistakes and still end up with something awesome. We came on Valentine's Day for a date night experience, and it was such a great time. They provided drinks and food (not sure if that's always included or just a special occasion), but either way, the food was amazing, especially the lasagna made by Eryn's husband. Seriously, bomb. For our project, we chose to make a rug of our dog, which is considered a pretty challenging design. Even so, they guided us through every step, and it never felt overwhelming. The final result turned out great and didn't feel overly difficult despite the complexity. The experience is about 3 hours total, but they were kind enough to let us stay an extra 30-40 minutes so we could really perfect our rug. We'll be receiving the finished rug in a few weeks once they complete the final touches, and I honestly can't wait to see the final product. Huge thanks to Eryn and Jordan for making our Valentine's date night such a success. Parking: There's a nearby lot for around $10, but I parked on the surrounding residential streets for free.
