I had a junk mattress taking up space in my garage. On Saturday morning, I came across a few listings and requested some estimates. Roy from Rush Removal contacted me within 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable and he said he could meet me by 11:30. A few minutes later, he texted and said he could meet me an hour earlier if I was available! Absolutely! Let's get my Saturday going! Another company responded to my request for an estimate, and I told him I had already taken care of it! Roy arrived on time, was professional, fast and friendly. And best of all, I can park on my garage again! This guy is legit. I highly recommend him and plan on using Rush Removal again. read more

Roy was awesome! I sent out several quote requests and he was the first one to respond. Not only that he gave a very very fair price and is super attentive to clients needs. He is an amazing communicator with follow ups and etas. He has a large truck big enough to haul away any item any size. He is quick, efficient, and super nice! Will definitely use his services again. Thank you again Roy! :) read more

I called around looking to donate/pick up my old furniture and some random stuff I had stored in the garage, which was too heavy for me to lift. Rush Removal quoted the best price and they did all the heavy lifting! Roy was able to squeeze me in and my man is happy to have the clutter out of his garage! read more

All I can say is WOW!! I sent a message last night and got a response from Roy immediately. He gave me a quote right away for such a reasonable price! Roy stopped by to pick up my furniture the next day. He was professional, prompt, and took him about fifteen minutes to take my 4 large furniture down a two story condo. I'll definitely use them again once I'm ready to get rid of my other furniture! I highly recommend contacting Rush for all your junk removal needs! You won't be disappointed! read more

The owner Roy was friendly and helped me setup my appointment quickly. He reached out prior to our appointment as well to let me know his ETA. He arrived on time and cleared my family members place super fast without causing any damage. Unfortunately the person living in the place left some items I was embarrassed about...sorry guys (+_+) They were professional the whole time. I feel relieved that clean up will no longer be on my mind...thanks guys...one less stress! read more

I cant tell you enough with how impressed I am with Rush Removal's service from beginning to end. I was in a bind and was in need of a very last minute junk/appliance removal and trash-out. On a Sunday no less! Not only did Roy, the owner respond to me immediately, but had me booked within the 24 hours I needed. I can't believe how efficiently and quickly a junk filled garage and remnants of a 2 bedroom house were cleaned out. The cherry on top was how fair the price was as well. Though this was for my personal property, I am a former Asset Manager of REO homes and know how much most companies charge for these kinds of jobs. I would highly recommend Rush Removal for your junk and hauling needs! read more

I have used Rush Removal twice now and both times I was more than happy about their service. They offer you a fair price right out of the gate so you don't have to dicker around and they do a great job. I don't let too many people work on my California house but Rush is my go-to when I need things removed. Great company! read more

Contacted Rush Removal through Yelp and received a quick response shortly after. Roy was available for same day and next day service so we set up for next day. Roy has great communication and fair pricing. He made sure to check in on pick-up day with arrival time. Pickup went quickly and smoothly. We will be reaching out again for any future rush removal needs. read more

If you need junk removal service, this is the company to hire! I highly recommend Rush Removal. I hired them to remove 2 pieces of furniture from my apartment. They went above and beyond. They showed up right on time, were very friendly, polite, and quick to get the job done. I mean they were in and out in a few minutes. It was very impressive. The price was very fair, and I'm so grateful for them getting the job done so last minute, efficiently, quickly, and politely. read more

He was extremely fast to respond and was to quick to be on his way to do a quick mattress removal from me. I sent out quotes to 8 others in the area. However, Roy seemingly was the most helpful and had a competitive rate compared to the others. I wouldn't hesitate to call him and do business with him again in the near future. I will be sending all my friends who need things moved over to Rush Removal from now on. Thanks again! read more

So my grandpa invited me over this past weekend so we can spend some quality time together. Well from all previous invite experiences, I knew something was needed around the house, whether it was help with electronics, yardwork, or just a simple help to move a few boxes around in the garage. And of course I was right! He had cleared up some stuff in his garage and yard, had a lot of 'junk' that he wanted me to get rid of. His plans were let's get a truck, and then the two of us load (he's 78), and dump at his local trash yard. Hmmm, so I started brainstorming costs. While I was doing research I came across Rush Removal. Decided to call them. Spoke to Roy. Who was very informative about what the costs and services offered were.  I had thought about renting a truck, and taking it myself to the local trash yard.  But as I thought about the cost of the truck, getting the truck, filling it, going to the transfer station(within their hours of operation), gas, dump fee, it just seemed like a lot of effort and not a good use of my time. I called Rush Removal and spoke to Roy. I was expecting at least a couple days or a week wait for pick up (which would mean I would have to come back another weekend since he lives far from me) NOT SO! I was able to get an early appointment for the next day!! Day of pick up, I get a call from Roy telling me that the truck is on its way. Sure enough within the hour, two workers show up (and introduce themselves), and gave me an estimate. Now, at first it may seem a bit pricey, but when I thought about how much of my time and having to rent a truck, gas, workers, dump fees, etc., the price started to make much more sense and was definitely worth it. Roy explained how the pricing worked, and what he thought the cost would be.  Then he told me how long it should take for them to load.  My cost, $148 (total) . Rush Removal (and Roy) did an amazing job.  I am really happy that I didn't have to deal with the "junk" myself.  The  booking process was easy to use. The only complaint I have is, that they made it look easy, which I know it definitely wasn't. I would most certainly use this service again and definitely refer them to my friends and family. read more

I needed an old fridge and heavy desk removed from my home. I arranged with Roy on Tuesday afternoon, and the job was done by Wednesday morning Couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of this transaction, and would highly recommend this company! read more

I only reached out to inquire... But that day an appointment was made. I scheduled for a mattress pick up at 7am before work. He was there at 6:59am. ON TIME. Pleasant guy. Quick! No BS! Got the job DONE! I am a satisfied customer. I definitely RECOMMEND. Thank you Roy! read more

I called over here in a frenzy on a Sunday after my dog went to town with a dirty diaper all over our couch and living room rug. Rush Removal to the rescue! Within an hour they were here with a truck and hauled away our dirty, old couch and a bunch more stuff we've been meaning to get rid of for half the price of the competitors. Such a great company! read more

Requested a quote from Rush Removal (and others) on Saturday morning for a mattress disposal. They were the first to respond and could accommodate a same-day pick up. Roy was friendly, arrived earlier than anticipated, and the price was amazing. I'll definitely call them again if I need their services. read more

Eager and fair. I called in Roy at Rush Removal to come in and take care of my mattress disposal. + He was quicker than the others to respond to an online quote request. And, we were able to set up the job for the next morning. + While his quote wasn't outrageous or sketchy like some others, I did agree to solicit his services even if it was a bit more than what others were quoting. + In fact, I was willing to pay more because Rush was willing to get this job done early in the morning. He actually starts business well ahead of the others haulers. + On the day of the move, he was ready to go 15 minutes before our agreed time. + Finally, I appreciate the honest dealing. I didn't give him more stuff to haul than what I described. And, in turn, there was no funny business regarding the expected compensation. There wasn't even paperwork - just a gentlemen's agreement and a handshake. read more

I only had a few items but Roy was still very attentive and worked with my schedule. Would definitely recommend!

I don't normally write reviews, but after doing business with Rush Removal, I knew I had to take the time to share my experience. I had just sold my house recently and was moving. I had to be out of my house on a Friday. I had schedule an appointment with another company to pick up some furniture and other items that I wanted to get rid of, but they never showed up...this was 2 days before i had to move out. So I started to panic! I requested a quote from Rush Removal and before I had a chance to set my phone down, Roy was calling to schedule my pick up. Initially he said he couldn't come until the next day at noon, which was fine with me. Then he called back about an hour later and told me he could be to my house in 2 hours!!! He showed up 2 hours later and couldn't have been nicer. His pricing is extremely fair and I would absolutely recommend him/Rush Removal to anyone looking for a dependable, reasonably priced , professional "junk" removal company. Thanks Roy! read more

Good & fast communication. Great price!!!!! Arrived early and finished the job quickly. We will definitely use Rush Removal again and refer our friends. Thank you! read more

Roy responded to my request on Yelp in minutes. Within the same hour, he was at my place to remove the junk in my garage. More importantly, he didn't try to gouge me on price as so many of these "Junk Companies" do. He quoted a fair price and stuck to it. The last time I used one of the companies, they changed the price once they showed up & basically said "take it or leave it". Not Roy! I highly recommend his services. read more

This was easy breezy (for me, the customer). I've called several places with flakey or no responses. Roy messaged me back within 2 minutes. Gave me a quote and when he and was at my house within a couple of hours from his message. His price was middle of the road but his service was excellent. Definitely keeping his number. read more

Professional, prompt, courteous, and careful. I recommend this company. They responded on Yelp quickly, with a firm price. Two men arrived a few minutes early. They removed the quoted items quickly and with care. It was a pleasant experience. read more

I got an accurate estimate right away and it was lower than any other company in the area. They were able to pick up and next day and were even early. Both workers that showed up and were friendly, polite, and professional. I would definitely go with this company again in the future, and recommend them to anyone. One thing to note: they only take cash or check right now. read more

I had such a fantastic experience the first time, I was glad to reconnect with Roy for his help with a second job. I'm telling you - I wish every vendor I worked with was as professional, wonderful, kind, in high integrity, and as fair as Roy with Rush Removal. He's a gem, and really works so hard! I had an apartment I needed cleaned out upstairs in the back of a complex, and he was able to clean out the whole thing - the next day in 3 hours - and made it so easy, and I am so grateful! They are they are the real deal! Please support this wonderful business. I can't say enough good things!!! The complex even asked for his information so they can refer him out to tenants, because as they said "he was so nice!". So glad to send his business his way. read more

Contacted Rush Removal to remove some junk from my back yard. Texted me right back and was out before scheduled time the very next morning. I love the fact that rush removal doesn't give you some cable time bracket where you need to wait between 6-12 like some other companies do. Told me 9am and showed up at 845 ready to remove everything. They even swept after and for a great price!! Fully recommend these guys. 5 STARS for Rush Removal. read more

Seriously every Roy and his team are THE BEST! Great response time and very fair price. Honest about what they can or cant take and so kind to answer all my neurotic questions.
