Victor responded to our quote…read morerequest almost immediately and was able to schedule us for the very next day, which we really appreciated. They showed up right on time and got straight to work. What I thought might be a complicated job--removing our old spa--was handled quickly and efficiently. They had it out in about an hour, and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Best of all, the price Victor quoted was exactly what we paid--no surprises. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with--I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

What a great experience…read more Very pleasant gentleman who provided a very reasonable estimate right away and set up an appointment promptly. He arrived on time and was ready to haul the stuff away, only taking a few minutes. The estimated price was what we paid. Quick and efficient!…read more I needed a wooden cabinet removed from my garage. I inquired about the job on Yelp, got a quote within a few minutes, and was quoted lower than having Waste Management come and pick up from the curb. Scheduling was a breeze, Rush Removal was able to accommodate my schedule. 10 minutes before the scheduled time I got a message saying Rush Removal had arrived at the property. I managed to get there right on the dot and everything was done in under 10 minutes. There was no chatting or time wasted which I really appreciated. Seriously most painless experience ever for getting junk picked up! I would definitely recommend Rush Removal for all your junk removal and disposal services!

He provided a fair quote and he immediately got to work, removing construction debris from our balcony and clearing our garage and side yard. He and his team then promptly cleaned after themselves after the work was complete. After using many contractors who do not have this same courtesy, this was definitely a relief. I'll definitely go with this team again when I need help with more disposal.

He was friendly, easy to coordinate with, and made the scheduling simple. We scheduled an estimate window from 11 to 1, but the morning of, Zach called and said they were running ahead and asked if they could come at 9:45 instead. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable. They were respectful, focused, and in and out quickly, and I was genuinely relieved to have those items gone. Only note: I prefer clearer pricing upfront. Quick tip: if you're like me and you want the price to feel locked in upfront, send photos of the items plus the stairway/hallway situation ahead of time. Easy peasy. Highly recommend.
