Scheduled an appointment the night before for a pickup and was told our furniture items would be picked up the next morning and was given a specific time and price. They no showed and after calling them, was told they were on their way. Then again, they were texted and called after not showing up 3 hours later! Then was told they were not coming. They used excuses and indicated they never received our address which was a lie. We do not recommend them for any services! Very unprofessional, not dependable, and they blame the customer instead of being accountable. read more

I needed to have things moved from upstairs to his truck, heavy things at that, and he and his crew delicately pulled everything out of the house without scuffing walls and no damage to anything in the tight turns and corners. As I wanted as much donated to charity as possible, (chairs that were not up to the great shape standard of a Salvation Army for example) he assured me that most of the items were not used for landfill, but instead distributed to charities that could greatly use this used furniture and used clothing that was no longer needed.
