Mike over at junk 911 is a straight forward no nonsense guy honest, fair, and one of the companies that have been around along time I should know I'm one of his competitors and for me to write a review for another company that should tell you something about the respect I have for him and his company. Definitely a solid choice and would reccomend hi. To anyone. My Junk Dog Chris read more

Scheduled an appointment the night before for a pickup and was told our furniture items would be picked up the next morning and was given a specific time and price. They no showed and after calling them, was told they were on their way. Then again, they were texted and called after not showing up 3 hours later! Then was told they were not coming. They used excuses and indicated they never received our address which was a lie. We do not recommend them for any services! Very unprofessional, not dependable, and they blame the customer instead of being accountable. read more

Many junk hauling services tout same-day service, but among the half dozen or so that I contacted, Mike and his team at Junk 911 were the only company that could make it happen on the same day. Mike and his crew were extremely polite, charged a reasonable fee, and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Junk 911 to remove any junk, debris, or unwanted items. I also really like that they recycle 80%+ of the stuff they haul away. read more

Mike and crew arrived at my house on time and with great professionalism, took everything that I had compiled, and were in and out very quickly and efficiently. I needed to have things moved from upstairs to his truck, heavy things at that, and he and his crew delicately pulled everything out of the house without scuffing walls and no damage to anything in the tight turns and corners. They additionally took things form my backyard and from my garage. A lot of what they took was big, bulky, and heavy and posed absolutely no problem for them. Reasonably priced and very kind. I will definitely use them again! read more

Mike of Junk 911 was caring, efficient and reasonably priced to remove items from the apartment. As I wanted as much donated to charity as possible, (chairs that were not up to the great shape standard of a Salvation Army for example) he assured me that most of the items were not used for landfill, but instead distributed to charities that could greatly use this used furniture and used clothing that was no longer needed. I highly recommend Mike to take care of things that most Salvation Army style charities will not take - and make sure they are still put into good use by those in need. Thank you. read more
