I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable.
