We were moving and got ourselves in a real bind when our garbage can was overflowing at 7pm the night before we needed to leave, we still had 15 garbage bags and we needed to start our 8 hour drive at 9am the next morning. I called Roy and less than 12 hours later he was at my house, picked up all the garbage and really saved us. We couldn't be happier with his service, his prices are in line with other companies, but what sets him apart is he went the extra mile to accommodate our last minute request. read more

Roy was the bomb. He responded to my message immediately. I was able to get my large furniture picked up in less than 24 hours. He included photos to assure the items were picked up. I had been so stressed out from moving Roy made the last part of the process SO MUCH EASIER. I would highly recommend. read more

I Found the RUSH team via a referral from a good friend of mine. He told me about how he literally made a path for them and they made things disappear from his Garage/Storage area. Two years later, I have had the pleasure of working with Roy and company on 3 different projects. Quoting was easy over the phone. Scheduled in a day or two from the call and when they said they'd be there. Every time; ON Time. These guys don't mess around. They have left my home in perfect order and actually always want to pay them more.. I sure as heck could not do in a few days what they did in hours! Can not more highly recommend this business. Thanks Rush Removal Team - Doug read more

Rush Removal was by far the cheapest I found to clean up the mess I was left with by my two so called dirt bag room mates. I am a service member renting In Tustin and my two roommates PCS'd amonth prior to me getting orders. Hopefully They wanted me to mail them some of the stuff on my dime! What is with people these days.. My landlord was going to keep my 1250 deposit for cleaning all there junk broken furniture and trash. I called these guys and they had com mid morning and it was swooshed away.. They also referred my to a good cleaning company to come wipe down and clean everything after they got all the junk out. Needless to say I got 1150 back from landlord and am a happy camper now. NO MORE ROOMMATES for this guy!!!! read more

I'm not really one to write reviews but if I can help a hard working honest business I definitely will. Roy came through for us big time today, he was super accommodating, professional and seemed like a great guy (I only interacted with him for 20 min). He showed up on time and took care of everything even though it was more than he expected. Highly recommended and would definitely call him again. read more

Roy arrived on time and immediately got to work. His price was exactly what he originally quoted based on the items I described to him and his price was less than 1/3rd of what other junk pick up companies had quoted me in the area. Done in less than half an hour. Fast, cheap, and punctual. Highly recommend him. read more

I needed an old mattress and box spring removed ASAP, so I requested quotes from a few places and Rush Removal responded almost immediately. After all these years of using Yelp and reviewing everyone else/s reviews I feel compelled to add value to the yelp-ers like myself out there. When I needed someone to come in and help us remove/clean up on some residential and commercial properties their staff demonstrated true professionalism. They provided us a high level of confidence in listening to exactly what I needed to get accomplished, consulted with me how the semantics would work, showed up on time, and properly quoting me (and I did try to shop them but everyone was lacking in one area or another). For myself, in the absence of a "good price" I look for value; luckily, I was able to find all of these and a peace of mind. I look forward to working with them again and I hope you find this review to be informative. Best wishes to you and your interests. read more

Rush removal is exactly what it sounds like. Quick, safe and easy. I had several large items that I needed moved and taken away. I did not want to wait weeks for waste management large removal (4 weeks from when I called). I called Rush Removal and set s appointment with Roy the next day. He showed up 5 mins early for the appointment and everything was gone in a matter of minutes. He was friendly, professional and quick. I will use them again anytime and recommend them to anyone doing any job or demo work! Thanks again Roy! read more

Awesome experience!!! Needed a couple couches hauled away in quick order. Looked on Yelp and asked for an estimate. Roy got right back to me as did a couple others. However, Roy earned my business by being the most timely in responses and he was able to get a truck to my house within an hour. Pricing was right in line too. Professional and efficient in taking the couches as well. Overall I am very satisfied. read more

My son called Rush Removal from the Yelp reviews to get rid of all of the things we had in our garage. I was honestly expecting the worst since I know sometimes pricing changes when movers etc. show up but when he arrived he charged us the same price he quoted based on the photos! This was not an easy job but he was quick, professional and kind! I had about 4 large Christmas trees, a work out bench, large carpet and a zillion crates with toys etc. I plan on having him move a desk and huge exercise machine next week, along with other miscellaneous items. Because of his fair pricing and professionalism I would totally use him again! Just wish we found him sooner!! read more

I was searching and calling random companies posting on CL before deciding to search on yelp. I came across Rush and decided to give them a call. They were very clear and concise on the task at hand, prompt, and a very fair price compared to others i called. Easy to communicate with and responsible with my house during and after cleanup. Give em a shot and you wont be disappointed. read more

Rush Removal did a great job. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any removal you need. They responded quickly to my request for a bid, provided a very reasonable bid and were able to arrive the next day (I requested late night). They arrived right on time, and very efficiently removed everything we requested. We had VERY heavy older furniture which they had to navigate down some stairs (first floor but old pier and beam house). They were upbeat and very respectful. We even threw in extra small stuff at the last minute which they had no problem taking. You can't go wrong with this company. read more
