My father recently passed and needed some documents notarized. Called in advance to make sure a…read morenotary was at the store. This notary could not have been more rude to my husband or me. He pointed at the paper to have me fill in the dates, When I did, he picked up the piece of paper and asked if I was a notary. When I said, "No", he then said, "Well, then why are you writing in the date of where the notary is supposed to?" He then said we would have to start from scratch after already spending 10 minutes on having the first page notarized. My husband was trying to figure out how to print another set of copies at the UPS store, and the notary was condescending and rude the entire time. Finally, we just left. I'm a paying customer, and there was absolutely no reason to be treated so derogatory by this individual.

Cesar at the UPS Store on 57th Street deserves recognition for how hard he works and how…read moreconsistently professional he is. Every time I come in, he's the one keeping everything running smoothly. He's fast, organized, patient, and incredibly diligent, even when the store is busy and clearly understaffed. He's also a notary, which makes the process even easier, and he handles everything efficiently without ever making customers feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly, and honestly, he's one of the main reasons I continue using this location. UPS is lucky to have someone this reliable and hardworking representing their store. Cesar deserves appreciation for the level of customer service he provides every single time.

The employee at this location displayed extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service…read more During the encounter, he allegedly told customers to "lick his balls," which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior for someone representing UPS. This type of conduct creates a serious risk to UPS's reputation and could potentially expose the company to legal consequences if customers are subjected to this kind of treatment. UPS should investigate this incident promptly and take appropriate action before the situation escalates further. There is also video footage documenting the entire encounter, which has been posted on YouTube and is available for the public to see. I strongly urge UPS management to review the footage and address this employee's behavior appropriately.
