There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.

Second room was better. The pizza I ordered was messed up. I ordered 1 mushroom pizza for the kids and 2 pepperoni for adults and they gave me 1 pepperoni and 2 pepperoni/ mushrooms. Ridiculous but they did give us 10 mins of air hockey free. After the party about a week later my kids have the hand foot mouth virus and they have bumps all over their legs, arms and hands. That places needs to be cleaned and carpet shampooed.

I liked that we spent 35 min in one arena of play and then 35 min in another room. I heard feedback from other moms that we had a good group of kids; not too crazy. We went as soon as it opened in the morning which likely targeted the younger guests. I'll also share that I brought my 18 mon old with me and he had some activity options but I had to keep a close eye that he hasn't run-over by big kids. I think this place is great for maybe ages 3+. The place also felt clean and had strong AC. There were many signs about NO ADULTS on the blow-ups. I'm sure some past guests ruined that for everyone but I wish I was able to jump with my 3yo and 18 mon old on the smaller bounce houses.

They have a main play area and a separate area for toddlers. They also have some arcade games that you can purchase coins for. Service was good. Price was reasonable as well, compared to other places I have been to! Overall great experience and I recommend for all parents/family looking for an indoor place to take the kiddos out of the Texas summer heat !

The best part about it is that it's an indoor playground with ac. That's about it. The last few times we went over a span of this last year we have seen the foam mats warp (so kids trip over them), trash and crumbs (we go opening hours on Sundays so they aren't cleaning before opening or at closing the previous day. Wall paint in bathrooms are peeling away. Most of the games at the arcade are not functioning properly, are out of order or haven't been maintained. I'm not even going to mention the ticket distribution and prizes. The last time we went, I noticed the casing on the toddler swing toy was completely gone. I mentioned it to the staff and was met with, " there's nothing we can do about it now". While that can be true, you could convey some kind of acknowledgement, apology or genuine concern versus irritation. Eventually staff went and did their best to remedy that particular situation. There's also an area for foam balls to fly out of a machine for kids to play and they were filled with the plastic ball put ones so it wasn't really working. I brought it up to staff and they just shrugged it off and said kids take them and so they are probably all around the place in ball pits. (Again we came at opening). So that particular area doesnt really function as intended, because it has a drop down basket for the foam balls and cannons to shoot the balls from. Overall it is just looking more run down each time we have gone and by this point it seems like it wasn't accidental. It's a shame because I have fond memories going when my oldest was a baby and that's why I don't give it a lower rating.
