We headed down here for some pizza. I am super glad we did! So this type of pizza is North East Pennsylvania style. Its like a cookie sheet pizza, fried in peanut oil on the bottom. They cut it into rectangles and call them "cuts" instead of "slices" and they are served in a "tray". Half tray is 7 cuts, full tray is 14 cuts.
