    Berry Salad
    Callie C.

The ambiance is very comfortable and inviting. The staff is so attentive and kind. Came for lunch with my kids and ordered the Fresh Berry Salad to share with my daughter and my son ordered the grilled cheese and soup off the kids menu. The server brought bread for my son, because he really wanted bread too. We've been here before, but every time we come back I feel like it gets better. The food comes super quick too!

The host was really aloof and didn't have that professional host like presence. Thr server was very nice and attentive. However, he didn't go over the menu or the specials menu or anything really. The price for an old fashion drink is $17 which is insane! The average chicago old fashion is $12-14. The chicken parm sandwich was good, but very spicy! It was different than a classic- no tomatoe sauce. Still good though. The ceasar side salad was not good at all- I was given the ends of the lettuce head and there was almost no dressing so it was like just eating lettuce. There were croutons but no sliced parm like a classic ceasar. I don't recommend this salad. The spinach artichoke is also not a classic style, and I prefer classic, but my husband liked it. My husband really liked the mushroom ravioli. The atmosphere was classy and very clean! The menu is small in terms of choices. And no vegetarian options for the main entrees (but if you're a pescatarian, there's 2 salmon dishes and 1 shrimp dish). To make it look like a fancy restaurant (as it's intended to be) they need a door or wall to separate the shopping center because it's I can see all the clothes/shopping if you're sitting right in front, so it takes away from the "fancy" experience. However, I think adding restaurants in the middle of a shopping store is kind of fun! Lastly, the dining plate wear is gorgeous!

    Truffle Fries

The food was delicious. I can't stop thinking about those truffle fries and the truffle aioli. Pricing on the menu items are average. I was surprised that a side of fries were $11 but I'm assuming it's due to the truffle. My margarita was the best I've had in a while. The waitress was attentive and made sure to ask the bartender extra questions when we ordered an off the menu drink. We visited in Mother's Day and there wasn't a huge crowd, was able to be sat right away.

Very busy week day lunch... we got salmon and salad to share . It looked really healthy and tasted fine .

Good place to eat while shopping but wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The meat didn't taste super high quality but it was a good sandwich otherwise. Pretty decent chocolate chip cookie. Great soup, however!

Just as I expect with anything Nordstrom produces, the product (IE food) and service are excellent. I've dined at several Nordstrom restaurants in the country and this is on par if not better with all of them. The food is consistently good anytime I go here. They've never disappointed me and that's saying something from someone who frequents this place. Come here if you're looking to eat something delicious. I recommend the skirt steak and/or shrimp pomodoro pasta.

The lobster bisque cup is a must try here, so creamy and hearty and just enough to fill you up. The cilantro lime chicken tacos were delicious and the best part was the hard shell which was crispy and blends well with the chicken and peppers. The salad and the burger was also very good! Prices were reasonable.

So wait...we're not just going to go pick up your online order and look at shoes? Yep--I was looking at my friend like she had 3 heads when she said we would also be eating at Nordstrom. On the way in she told me their tomato soup was to DIE for--and they actually sell jars of it to take home and heat up. Upon entering the restaurant she inquired about the soups and since it was around holiday time---they had sold out but were expecting another shipment in later that day. Since it was the middle of the week and right at the start of lunch we were seated promptly--score for no wait time! The reason I love going anywhere with my friends is because we love to be able to order a bunch of different items and share them. Although they didn't have any soup to take home in a jar, I was happy we could eat some there in the restaurant. It was so good---and I could see why people would line up to be some to take home--it was creamy and flavorful. We also ordered the crispy brussel sprouts, chicken meatballs, and the lobster roll. All the food came out hot, fresh, and on point! Highly recommend this restaurant since it was tasty and convenient!

    Grilled shrimp and arugula salad
    Joan S.

The grilled shrimp and arugula was the absolute best salad I have ever had! I cannot express the beauty and pure taste pleasure in every bite! The shrimp are huge and grilled perfectly. The arugula is so fresh with the perfect amount of dressing . The polenta croutons were warm and creamy inside...crispy outside. I think they use a fresh cheese crisp and crumbled on top, which is fantastic against the soft but peppery arugula. I am in love! I want to try other menu items but dont know if I could not order that every time!!!

    Bruschetta pizza

Decided to try this place out on our trip to oak brook center conveniently located inside Nordstrom. The restaurant is nicely decorated with modern vibe feel. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Me and my boyfriend ordered the bruschetta pizza and chicken meatballs both items were freshly made and tasted delicious. The wait time to receive our food wasn't overly long as we went during downtime. Final verdict: Ruscello is a good place to check out whenever you make a shopping trip at Oakbrook center. I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu on my next visit.

Outstanding entrees. Punches way above its weight and has a nice open feel. You aren't packed in like sardines and the food was delicious.

This space had a sports bar feel, with 4-5 huge TVs playing sports- mostly women's soccer and the All-Star baseball game. Plus overhead music. So it's a bit loud, but to be expected. Outdoor seating is a nice option, although it was 90 degrees last night so I stayed inside. Service was exceptional, my favorite part of the night. I was seated immediately and folks came by with menu, utensils, water refills, condiments, and several people just checking to make sure I was having a good time and had everything I needed. Really liked the vibe. People were chatting, happy, all very light and welcoming. I travel a ton for work and this hotel restaurant stands out in terms of service, quality of food, and atmosphere. It's not like a place to go on a date, but for a hotel restaurant/lounge this one scores.

We arrived on a Friday night just before 9:00 PM and had no trouble finding street parking--always a win. We were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely amazing. She let us know about their late-night perk: half-price small plates and select drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 PM until close, which is such a great incentive for heading out later in the evening. Jennifer was attentive without being intrusive--our water glasses were always full, she checked in after every course, and her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on. We started with a Mad Rose for V and a Chameleon for me. Both cocktails were delicious, and after finishing his Mad Rose, V definitely felt the celebratory spirit kicking in. For appetizers, we shared the Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Sweet Chili Calamari. The summer rolls were light, fresh, and nicely accented with mint. The calamari was sweet with a surprisingly spicy finish--delicious, though the heat was just a bit much for V. I'd happily order both again. For my main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Stroganoff, and wow--hands down the best stroganoff I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with the noodles. It even paired beautifully with my Chameleon, with subtle lemon notes that complemented each other surprisingly well. V ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop, cooked medium well and absolutely perfect. He loved every bite. It came with a risotto that he enjoyed, even if it wasn't the standout of the dish. Dessert sealed the deal. We finished with Sandy's White Wine Cake--which reminded me of a carrot cake in the best way--and the Banana Cream Pie, which was easily the best banana cream pie I've ever had. Truly a WOW moment. Between the excellent food, thoughtful service, and great late-night specials, Entourage made V's birthday celebration one to remember. We'll definitely be back.
