They can right away to help us, even though they were closed at the time. Scott got us in an appropriately sized truck and a trailer to tow our car so we didn't need to caravan. He and Mike made sure we got everything loaded safely and had us back on the road in just less than 3 hours. So grateful to them and would recommend you go out of your way to do business with them. As soon as he returned the email, I called and said it was a go. This was at ~2:30PM. He said we could do the paper work in a couple of days, no rush. Then, the next day, 26 hours later, at 4:22PM, he EMAILED me and said he was looking at other dealers for another tractor because the one I verbally agreed to buy had been SOLD. I called him and he said that they just ordered more but the price went up quite a bit on them (yeah, as if I would be paying THEM for that) but he was going to see if he could find one for me. Well, two days have passed and still no response. Hmm... Maybe a little too much going on? Maybe not a big enough sale? Maybe already met sales quota for the year? I don't know... I got a different tractor someplace else. You lose Mordt.
