So on the fourth day I reached out and was trying to figure out what took so long to deliver a set of tracks 250 miles. After several phone calls and text they finally gave me a refund because their carrier would not deliver today. I have never seen any company that would promise a delivery date and not follow up on the day of delivery. I am very disappointed and would in no way recommend them. One of the poorest delivery services I have dealt with in a long while.

Finally called tractor supply and they said they did. They told me to be here buy a certain time, because the only certified person to fill the propane tanks was getting off. I arrived hours before he was supposed to get off. I carried the propane tank to be told he had left. The two employees I had talked to in there knew I had called. There was less than a 10 minute gap between me walking in and called. I would have been fine if they were hospitable about it, but they were to very rude individuals. I would have gotten there names, but I really didn't want to talk them any longer.

Couldn't talk to a sales person because they were "outside with the dogs". Call at 9:00 a.m. asking if they are negotiable on a used tractor I was quoted the previous day, Lashay said she'd call me back in just a little bit. No call back.....4:50 p.m. I call back...she says "Oh, I forgot to call you". She says they couldn't negotiate any on the price, so I asked if there was anyway I could talk with the owner, because I had cash and was ready to buy today. She says "probably not, cause we're getting ready to close, but I'll check". I wait all day for a call, now they don't have time for me because they're closing in 10 min? End up talking to "Larry" the owner and he was even more unprofessional. Unwilling to negotiate at all on the price which was way too high considering the seat of the tractor was clearly damaged in pictures emailed to me. He claimed it was perfect and proceeded to argue with me, whereas the professional way to go would be to tell me he would look at it again, but no....there was nothing wrong with it! Wish I could post pics - clearly damaged (two significant gashes and vinyl peeling away from foam). If they can't be trusted to honestly evaluate the condition of a seat, I wouldn't trust them to evaluate the condition of the motor or trans. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I'm actually surprised Kubota keeps them as a dealer. I've been calling around to all dealers within a 300 mile radius looking for a particular tractor to buy and this is the only unprofessional & rude company I've encountered. Unfortunate, because I would have bought the tractor 1st thing tomorrow morning if they would have negotiated a little off the price for the damaged seat (this was a new 2013 model with 20 hours on it). But, heck, they wouldn't even budge $1.

We wanted to start a big project outside our home removing rock and shrubs and replacing it with edging, new rock, etc. and we were referred to Green Valley Nursery to purchase what we need. I usually try to do all this work myself but lately, it has been harder to do so but was going to attack this project on my own. We visited the nursery and talked to a nice gentleman named Ken (Don't tell him I called him nice, it will go to his head) , who gave me a quote for the rock and materials we needed. Ken asked me what we had planned and offered to drive out and look and offer suggestions and told me he has a team of guys that can help too. OK, this just does not happen in CA, you are lucky to find help getting your supplies at times. Ken drove out that day and took a look around and gave me a quote and a quote to have his team do the work. Though it was a big cost to us ( just because we are from CA does not mean we have $ ) it was a big project and I soon realized I could not do this alone. I contacted Ken to have his team do the work for us. One of the first times I have ever gone in blind to a project like this mind you, so we had our fingers crossed and prayed some as well, Once the team started the project, his team including supervisor Tony and his helpers, from start to finish were professional, courteous, and performed better than expected and feel this was money well spent (kinda wonder if Ken lost $ on the deal based on how well the job was done, but again, no one tell him please). I cannot thank you and them enough! I would and will recommend Ken and his team to anyone that asks for landscaping help. Ken and the crew at Green Valley Nursery have a lifelong customer and hopefully a friend in Ken. Thank you for making our move to AL a bit less concerning.
