This company is horrible to work with, but this location is atrocious. They truly do not care…read moreabout patient health and basically laughed in my face about the fact that I went days without my anti rejection medications. She wouldn't even try to take Amy steps beyond her 'oh, well' attitude. This is literally life and death and she couldn't be bothered calling, checking, etc. Other issues involve no communication and promising medication and not delivering. "They had a delay" can only be used so many times. I left CVS over this stuff in the past, and now I'm reminded of why.

Arriving ten minutes before my appointment there was a loooong line at the pharmacy. The special garage door for COVID Vaccines was closed with signage indicating ask at the pharmacy desk for FREE take home tests. No thanks. I waited in the line behind six others who were there for a variety of things, most picking up prescriptions. Fifteen minutes later I made it to the front. There was a bit of confusion as to whether I needed additional paperwork (I competed it in the app). I was sent to have a seat and wait. Seven seats and they were all taken, so I stood. I have no problem with standing--I'm merely pointing out that they were oversubscribed. I was called back up and given...paperwork. Why would I spend time in the online system to "expedite" my visit..,only ti do it manually at the pharmacy? Furthermore, why would I fill out the same Vaccine Administration Record questionnaire for each shot? Then there was an employee shift change. Evidentially the app allowed me and some others to schedule at this awkward time. I waited for a full hour after my appointment. Each time there was an immunization the person administering it would lock up and disappear for a cigg break or something for 10 minutes. Must be unionized. I would have left, but they had my immunization record and I don't feel like recreating that. This place stinks to get in and out of, and frankly I avoid it because of that. I wouldn't be here tonight if they had not offered me an appointment. Bottom line--save yourself the frustration and an evening. Go to Walmart for your vaccines. Most certainly avoid this Walgreens.

Talk about customer service, the technician was having some problems getting my migraine medication to transfer, as soon as the pharmacist was free, she called him over and told me what was the issue. Insurance refusing to pay for it, my neurologist has to send documentation, blah blah blah. The pharmacist assured me, he already sent the paperwork to my neurologist and didn't have to worry about transferring my meds, just send the request and they would have it ready for me. Glad I chose this location!

This was the most disorganized lackluster drive-thru experience I've ever had. It was just awful,…read moreand as a result, I will not be returning to this location ever again. My care provider sent over my prescription for this location to fill as I arrived, and after a lengthy weight, I was told I could either come inside and wait or just come back in an hour to an hour and a half and pick it up then. I chose to return to the drive-through an hour and a half later and when I did, I was told "well just go back in line so that we can get it ready for you." I literally drive around the building to get in line, and proceed to wait another hour in line in order to receive my medicine. When I was finally about to receive medicine, the pharmacist asked questions about it, and then proceeded to bring up information from three years ago, asking about how that would interact with this medication. I asked her what was the date on that information to it she said "I don't know. It doesn't say." She proceeded to tell me that Walgreens had created a profile of me, one that I did not consent to, so that they could "assist me better." I don't know how outdated information assist me better, in fact, it sounds kind of dangerous and a violation of my privacy. I noted that I really don't wanna have this conversation with a loudspeaker so that everyone could find out what medicine I was on and the conditions that I have. But hey, they're building a profile of me without my consent knowledge so why would they care to broadcast my private medical data to everybody? In the end I paid for my medication. I told them I will never return to this Walgreen's location. Honestly, after this experience, I may never fill a prescription at Walgreen's ever again.

Well I believe some things are just meant to be. Yes they were super busy, yes the line was long. But I received excellent customer service. The young man that waited on me was named Reese. As I stood in line I watched how courteous he was not only to me when my turn but to each and every customer. Even the ones that were complaining he was very apologetic for the wait time. Great customer service means everything! When it was my turn he didn't have the answer to a question I asked him but he went and got the answer which a young lady named Ali helped him. She was very kind and nice as well. It was worth the drive and the wait to receive such great customer service. Reese and Ali thank you again for such a pleasant experience!! Christmas Day dilemma....a family member with Covid and our regular pharmacy (as well as others…read morenear us) was closed...how can we get their prescription filled? Posted a note on a neighborhood social site seeking suggestions and someone mentioned they were reasonably sure this one was...even on Christmas Day. Phoned the pharmacist (Jason) who was able to transfer the prescription to his store and fill it. Drove 45 minutes to Columbia to pick it up and was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Teresa) at the Drive-Thru. Prescription filled immediately and I rushed back to Franklin with the meds. What a blessing! Super accommodating service by caring and professional staff. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Other notes: I glanced inside and saw all staff wearing masks but several customers were not - so Social Distancing and safety measures may or may not be enforced. She said don't worry I will make sure I tell him! Evil' So today my doctor called my prescription to this location were I have been getting 90 Days supply. The lady helped me today wasn't being mean to me at all because she can see I have been getting 90 days supply. I asked her could a card so I can get to have doctor to call the pharmacy. Now I have observed the white man in the pharmacy watching me, while he was helping another man. He left him and slide the card to me with while the lady was helping with his rude self. I said to myself that's rude racist lady lady manager! His face was so red! The hate has for us written all over his face! She looked me and I told her thank you. Now I was told he was rude to people of color. I'm not going to stop giving them bad reviews until we all treated with respect. We are humans too. I was told from target employees that was her smart ass manager! That's explain why they are rude and hate people of color! My family and friends told me stop going to location in Target. I went to pick up a prescription about a month and a half ago. They did not give me 90 days' worth,…read morethey gave me 48. They said it was due to trying to sync up with my other prescriptions. I protested but the lady I spoke to just stared at me like I'm an idiot, and they still charged me a full copay. Come to find out, they were five days short of syncing with my other prescriptions so I called and told them I was dissatisfied and I would like five extra days' worth with my refill so they can be truly synced. The man on the phone said that would be no problem. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, it was obvious I was shorted again. I asked about that and they said they were just going to give me the rest of the 90 day prescription (42 days) from the one they shorted me last time. I once again asked how that was supposed to sync up with my other 90-day prescriptions and they did not have a good answer, but they did want to charge me a second full copay for the other half of what should have been one prescription. I am sure this makes sense to someone somewhere, but I don't feel like being charged twice as much and having to come to the store twice as often.

The last time, they finally said we had it in stock and would return in 15 minutes to give them time to fill it . So we did, got back in line, and waited an hour for them to tell me they were out of stock again. It was the worst place I have ever been to.
