I live between NYC and LA, and her tools (exfoliation, microdermabrasion, steamer, etc.) are exactly what the best aestheticians use in other cities. I've been on the road for several months and my face just felt icky. Ashley gave me a nice, thorough, exfoliating facial for $55 (not including tip). She's only 22, but went to school specifically for skincare and clearly spends lots of time learning about dermatology and the latest skin treatments. I'll absolutely come see her again when I'm back in Florence. I have no idea why this Ulta is "$$$$." If that we're the case, the facial would have been $250 or more. I consider Ulta to be "$$" max. I'm very impressed with Ashley and with this Ulta location.

If I could give a negative rating I would!!! Went in to this location once and have never returned…read moredue to the lack of customer service I received! I went in there around 10am on a Friday morning asking about a the differences between the shampoos for blonde hair (that are to help reduce brassiness in hair) and was told by the associate that she did not really know the difference but the store manager was a licensed cosmetologist and she could probably be of better help and that she should be coming in at any given moment and that I could wait if I wanted to. I waited about an hour and told the associate I would return in about 2 hours to see if the manager had arrived. I came back at 1pm and the store manager was still not there!!! At this point the sales associate was slammed with customers by herself. I waited another hour and the manager finally showed up and instead of clocking in and going to the front of the store she went and sat in the employees room. The sales associate had asked the manager if she could help me because I had been there all morning waiting for her help and the manager answered with "I'm on the phone with my mom and it's very important it's concerning my horses" now you'd think that for someone who was already 4 hours late to work she'd have the decency to take care of her personal issues before work. I will be contacting corporate about this individual and try my best to get her fired!!!
