The staff is very friendly and courteous and they bend over backwards to make sure that you not only get the best quality medications but also have a price that puts their competition to shame. They have a full service pharmacy and compound too. The store is very nice and neat, and the pharmacists there are very good and knowledgeable.

Today, January 2,2026 Went to auto checkout on grocery end…read moreof store. There are 4 auto registers but only 2 open. I was the 12th person in line. I asked the attendant who was in charge of two side-by-side sets of auto checkout sections. I asked if the two testers that were closed were broken. His reply was " No. When there is only one person to monitor both sets of auto checkout sections that they have to close two registers." My response "This is not directed at you but I'm guessing that this is what Walmart considers to be 'customer service'." Let me suggest to the powers that be: 1. Open the other two registers or 2. Hire more people!!!!! After returning home I attempted to call the store to speak to the manager. After about 15 rings I got the recorded message indicating an extremely high call volume and to try my call later. Again I ask "Why not hire more employees to even answer the phone"?????? I did try later and got the same recording!!!!! I just looked at the top of my screen and saw 3100 Hough Rd. Have no idea why other than Walmart's IT staff needs help as well. Sam's Club membership for an average family seems to not be particularly valuable. By the time you…read moresave enough to justify the membership fee it just doesn't seem to be much of a value. The biggest saver it seems like is the bulk toilet paper, of which, the Sam's Club in Florence was out of on my last visit. For a small family I don't view the membership as particularly valuable.

I went back and they told me they had no record of the second charge EVEN with me having signed and stamped statement from bank showing double charge. Now I'm having to wait up to 90 days to dispute charge through my bank. Also the manager (Harold I believe is his name) was very rude and seemed like he didn't have time to help me.
