Seriously, I hadn't even received the item that I ordered, and here they published a significant discount. No problem, I thought. I simply reached out to customer service expecting what I thought was a reasonable request for a price adjustment, but they flatly refused. Most reputable retailers recognize that price changes immediately after a purchase create a poor customer experience and will honor a short price-adjustment window. Billy Reid chose not to, despite the minimal time between my purchase and the price drop. Instead of making a simple, industry-standard gesture, Billy Reid chose to hide behind an inflexible "policy." It's not about the amount of money--it's about customer service and standing behind your customers. Refusing to make such a simple accommodation demonstartaes predatory pricing, and makes customers feel like their business isn't valued. I have bought thousands of dollars of clothing from Billy Reid over the years, and this send the message that customer loyalty means very little. This experience with Billy Reid has completely changed my opinion of the brand, and I will now take my buiness elsewhere. There are many other fashion retailers who value a relationship with customers and will do the right thing. I will leave you with a quote from Mr. Billy Reid himself: "My mother taught me the importance of customer service, the importance of knowing your customer." Hypocrisy, anyone?

They have a multitude of name brands that are in good condition. Some of the favorites that I noted were Nike, Carhartt, and Levi. I bought an off-brand Cartier love ring for $6---truly a steal. I recommend stopping if you are looking for a good thrift store. Be aware prices are a little higher than a typical store, but nearly everything is name brand.

The owner has done a great job curating clothes in all different styles and sizes for both men and women. The clothing is also reasonably priced and well taken care of. Very bad experience. My mom found this small Nine West bag,…read morevery cute, and asked me if the price was really $13, it was the red price clearance tag Tjmaxx has. We looked at it twice and it was $13. So we took it and checked out, it was Saturday, April 11 at around 4.20ish, we checked out at register number 6. I handed the bag to the cashier, she did not scan it and directly gave it to the cashier number 7, said to do price check. We waited, and after a while waiting, they came back, told us it was $29.99. The bag that she handed back to me was not the one we picked up earlier with the red clearance tag. It was a different bag. But the cashier said, it was the bag that we picked up earlier. We clearly said it was not, i kept telling her that my mom asked me twice if the price was right, that was why i knew obviously the one we picked out had the red clearance tag and the one she showed me once they did the price checked was not it. She kept saying as if we did pick the same bag, and it felt like she was accusing me of lying about it. Her reason was just ridiculous, it was out of style bla bla bla. She could have just told us, they put the wrong tag on it and we would be okay with it. You could check the CCTV in the store to see that we did not do anything wrong. Please be careful when you shop here, double check the price really well before you buy them. Or take picture first before things like this happen again.
