The clothing racks were very crowded and pushed too close together. My sister uses a walker, and she could not move around between the racks. The shoes were so overstocked, and stacked so high, that there wasn't anyway to look through them. They need at least one set of automatic doors that are handicapped accessible.

We looked at it twice and it was $13. So we took it and checked out, it was Saturday, April 11 at around 4.20ish, we checked out at register number 6. I handed the bag to the cashier, she did not scan it and directly gave it to the cashier number 7, said to do price check. We waited, and after a while waiting, they came back, told us it was $29.99. The bag that she handed back to me was not the one we picked up earlier with the red clearance tag. It was a different bag. But the cashier said, it was the bag that we picked up earlier. We clearly said it was not, i kept telling her that my mom asked me twice if the price was right, that was why i knew obviously the one we picked out had the red clearance tag and the one she showed me once they did the price checked was not it. She kept saying as if we did pick the same bag, and it felt like she was accusing me of lying about it. Her reason was just ridiculous, it was out of style bla bla bla. She could have just told us, they put the wrong tag on it and we would be okay with it. You could check the CCTV in the store to see that we did not do anything wrong. Please be careful when you shop here, double check the price really well before you buy them. Or take picture first before things like this happen again.

Hadn't been to Ross in a while & had some time to kill so thought I'd try it. Store was a disaster…read morebut I can deal with that. Lots of places are short staffed & they're getting tons of stuff in for Christmas. Employees having loud & unprofessional conversations I can deal with that too. Really just ignore it they're not talking to me. I cannot deal with rudeness though. I'm a pleasant person. I greet with a smile. I try to arrange things & put my buggy back to try & not make extra work. The girl that checked me out did not greet me & ignored my hello, huffed & slung my stuff around like I was such an inconvenience. Put my bags on the floor in front of me & started checking out the next person. Even the lady behind me shrugged & grimaced at me. I just got my stuff & left. Today, January 2,2026 Went to auto checkout on grocery end…read moreof store. There are 4 auto registers but only 2 open. I was the 12th person in line. I asked the attendant who was in charge of two side-by-side sets of auto checkout sections. I asked if the two testers that were closed were broken. His reply was " No. When there is only one person to monitor both sets of auto checkout sections that they have to close two registers." My response "This is not directed at you but I'm guessing that this is what Walmart considers to be 'customer service'." Let me suggest to the powers that be: 1. Open the other two registers or 2. Hire more people!!!!! After returning home I attempted to call the store to speak to the manager. After about 15 rings I got the recorded message indicating an extremely high call volume and to try my call later. Again I ask "Why not hire more employees to even answer the phone"?????? I did try later and got the same recording!!!!! I just looked at the top of my screen and saw 3100 Hough Rd. Have no idea why other than Walmart's IT staff needs help as well. My comments are directed to the Supercenter Walmart onDoering Drive in Florence, KY. Oh, how I wish CUSTOMER SERVICE were still a priority for companies of today. It's non existent at Walmart!!!
