Most recently I came in to find a birthday gift for a friend and order a Christmas centerpiece for my mother in law. I entered the shop and noticed there were a couple of ladies working. I was not greeted at all, no eye contact even. It was as if I wasn't there. I walked around the entire store hoping they'd make contact with me but for a half an hour, I got nothing. As I was walking through, one of the employees walked past me holding a box of some sort and as she walked behind me, she let her elbow rub along my back as if I was in her way. No excuse me, no I'm sorry. I didn't know what to think! I was so terribly disappointed by my visit that I don't think I will be back for some time if ever.

Joe was prompt and clear with all communication and he and his team were efficient and personable. They cleared out old ugly brick pavers and a fire pit from previous owners of our home, installed French drains, brought in dirt to level out portions of the yard where the project was being done, and created an extra gravel parking spot to allow for parking/storage inside our privacy fence. After seeing how efficient and skilled Joe and his team are at their work, we are especially glad we did not try to do this project ourselves.
