Not sure what's going on with this company, but I would not recommend. I called in about 3 hours…read moreago and spoke with Mary. I told her I was looking for a lock change at a residential property. I asked what their pricing is, and for some reason she was unable to give me any information. She told me a technician would be calling me soon and they would be able to discuss pricing with me. I thought this was strange, but she assured me they would be calling shortly. About 30 mins to an hour later I received a text stating the technician would be calling me soon and it gave me an order ID to reference. Another hour passed, so I called customer service to see if there was any update. I spoke with Mary again, and she said she would call the technician for an update. I never heard anything. Another hour passed so I called in again, and this time, Mary kept asking me "give me the number". I asked if she was asking for the order ID or what exactly she wanted. She told me "the number you gave when you first called in". However I never provided anything when I first called. She was finally able to communicate that she wanted my phone number. I gave it to her and she said "I'm sorry, that didn't come up with anything". Then she asked me to hold, came back, and said " my manager will call you back". I've no idea why a manager needs to be involved. I'm simply trying to find out if their company is going to help me out or not. Unfortunately, as you might have guessed, said manager never called me. So I'm not sure what's wrong with me, but I called again. Got a new customer service member, and all they could tell me was "a manager will need to speak with you" I asked when they would call, and he said "within 15 mins". I'm a masochist, so I waited 15 minutes, received no call, so I called back and got another customer service member. This time, this guy tells me, "I don't think you've been calling the right number, as the only record I have is you calling 1 hour ago, and there is a note here that says we weren't able to find anyone in your area". This is just crazy. It sounded like to me that this is not a local locksmith, but possibly a nationwide operation that just tries to source locksmiths, and apparently has a policy of not calling back. STAY AWAY from this company
