Well, everyone had their food they ordered. My order was not the right one. I asked for chicken strips and tator tots. I waited for a very long time while everyone else was eating. Again,I was very disappointed with their service. I did noticed one of the staff looked like she was crying as well. No,one came to our table to ask if they can at least offer me something to snack on before my actual meal came. I had to ask one of the waitress to when my food was coming. After a long wait,I finally had my lunch. The service seems very slow. However, the people who arrived later got their food faster. What's up with that? My lunch was delicious. But the service was very awful. The bathroom wasn't to me clean at all. The paper towel was empty. Sorry, but I can't stand how some waitresses were very rude. The least they could have done for me was either cut down the price for a very long wait or offer me a snack. The owner needs to get more cooks.

Excellent spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls with quality fish. What impressed me most about my most recent visit (I've been here 4 or so times) was how the staff performed. Real hustle from everyone, the 4 people they had worked like 8 handling a full restaurant at lunch rush. I will make this a lunch stop every time I'm in Hastings!

I was greeted by a young man with a big smile, he was friendly despite being the only person there and he has a busted hand that was obviously bothering him. I read the sign and took a seat, it was going to take some time to get my Gyro and fries and that was fine. I know the kid was struggling as it was taking way longer than I remember. Another person showed up and she finished my order. My gyro was not what I had in the past. The meat was chopped up into tiny tiny pieces, not the large thin strips of tasty meat I expected and the grease was overpowering making it barely edible. The tomato and onions were fresh and the feta was good, but dang was I disappointed. The fries were delicious like they usually are. I guess being short handed hurt my experience ? The chicken was tender and had a good level of spice for me. The eggroll was hot and tasted good as well. The fried rice wasn't the best, (it was pretty bland) but a little soy sauce pepped it up enough. I took my meal to go and would do it again the next time I am in Hastings. One thing that stood out like a sore thumb to me was the interaction between me and the folks that run this place, they are not overly friendly, helpful or talkative. Straight and to the point.
