I told her I didn't want a gift card, I need $ to pay medical bills, (shirts were $102) she put me on hold to call owner, he still said I could only get gift card & I had to drive to store to get it, wouldn't mail it Store is hour from my home. It was hard enough to return shirts, but to be treated SO badly. My husband and I have shopped in this store since it opened in Spearfish, spent hundreds of dollars! This was the FIRST time I've ever returned anything to this store. I gave this 1 star for the cashiers, at least they were understanding and sorry I was treated this way, but owner is HEARTLESS!!! I tried to sell gift card, but nobody I talked to was interested because customer service (decisions made by owner are so terrible!) People are shopping at Runnings now. This store maybe family owned, but you are NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!!

LG informed us that they knew of the faulty operation, & could send someone to fix it. When? Not soon enough. Karl's sent out a technician who looked at it, but didn't have the parts to fix the problem. After repeated phone calls, wasted time, & ruined clothing, Karl's offered us a new dryer, but refused to deliver it to us, because the original order was done as a pick up. Only after what amounted to arguing with the appliance manager over the phone, did they say they would deliver it to us- at no charge, but not for almost another week. So we spent hundreds of dollars on a brand new dryer that we cant even use!!! I'm in retail sales, & I am APPALLED at the lack of customer service that we have been experiencing from Karl's, of Spearfish. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers!!! I will never recommend them to anyone- as long as the current manager & salesman who sold these to us are employed there!
