The outlets were also still decorated for Christmas, which made it feel festive and welcoming even after the holidays. There's a good mix and variety of stores, making it a fun place to browse. Some of my personal favorites here are Old Navy, Nike, Vera Bradley, and Columbia. Like any outlet, though, it's worth looking for the true deals -- just because it says "outlet" doesn't always mean everything is deeply discounted. Since it's outdoor, definitely dress for the weather if you're visiting in the winter months. There's no real food inside the mall, but that wasn't an issue with lots of dining options nearby. It's also right off I-90, with easy freeway access and parking, which makes it a convenient stop. Overall, a solid outlet experience with a nice atmosphere and good store variety -- just plan ahead and shop smart!

We arrived right at opening on a Saturday and was surprised how many people were there. The anchor stores seem to be pretty typical for an outlet mall, Columbia / Nike...I was surprised to see one of the anchors being a TJMax but I wasn't mad about it. We purchased items at UA, Eddie Bauer, and TJMax. I was surprised to seem some of the stores like Coach being as small as it was- normally the Coach outlet is huge, this was giving regular store vibes. Prices were okay, no amazing deals were found but it was a good way to spend an hour or two before we went to lunch.

They gave me a target card with a difrent price from what it they were priced at. I tried to exchange them for the other size but they couldn't do that. The pants were in perfect condition, there is nothing wrong with the pants. So for your own good never go to that target.

Better than Walmart or Burlington Coat Factory, not quite Nordstrom's or Macy's, but with better, nicer service than the other large department stores. This one in particular is in a good location right off of I-94, with a large parking lot, and it's easy to help yourself or find competent friendly assistance. Clean and bright.

I love Lotza Motzas pizzas and they were over 8 bucks. At my local store they are 7. At another store they are 5 each. Other stuff was over expensive than my local store. What they have on sale tho is awesome. They had a bag of potatoes for 1.00. Stores is very clean. Great location. Clerks at the check out were nice and kind. What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out. So spend a hour looking for your things, then u have to spend 15 minutes in like to check out or do u'r own check u out which can be an issue if u can't get things to scan and so on. There was ample parking and it was reasonably easy to find via GPS. We were able to find a luggage scale here among the other things we were seeking.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge getting here but the whole parking lot is full of litter and it was pretty appalling. It felt like I was at a Walmart in the Miami area Even though the Walmart is mainly full of tourists. Nobody knows how to push a card around it seems people crash into other people it seems and it don't even look both ways if they can't push a cart I don't know how they are able to drive their own cars. Isles are fairly stocked and decently organized, staff here isn't too bad either as we were checking out there was the guy at the end at checks your receipt to make sure everything's in the bag and the guy actually caught a family trying to sneak stuff into their bag.

Within a few days the zipper on the jacket broke. So I went back and bought another jacket. Well yesterday the zipper broke again, I reached out to your corporate office and explained m situation, they told me to go to the store, explain the situation and have the jacket exchanged. So I went into the store, went up to the counter and asked for a manager, a tall white woman with brown hair told me she was the manager. I explained the situation and she told me to go get another jacket and they would exchange it. So I did, when I went back up to the counter she started making up all these excuses why she couldn't exchange it. At this point I told her to use my phone number and look up the 2 different purchases I made for the jacket. She started lying and told me that your HR department cleared all the receipts which I know for a fact is a lie. Then another woman, a hispanic manager came up and humiliated me in front of at least 6 people. She touched the jacket and huffed, well its worn, OBVIOUSLY IT WAS WORN. Then they both refused to give me my receipt OR THE zipper that broke off my jacket. I was almost in tears to I left, I went out to my car and called your office back and the woman said someone would call me back and no one did. This is so far out of line! I don't have a winter jacket now and it's the middle of January in Wisconsin. I want the coat exchanged and these woman need to talked to about how to handle situations like this. THIS IS BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY! Not Rodeo DR ! The way I was treated and left without a winter jacket is appalling.
