I had a sectional couch that I paid good money for 3 years ago and the cushions had worn out. I figured I would have to buy replacement cushions I reached out, mostly just to ask if they had any suggestions. Instead of the usual "sorry, nothing we can do" corporate response I expected, I got: - A real human who actually seemed to care - The owner/manager personally jumped on the thread - They dug through old receipts and located my order. - Offered to replace the cushion at no cost to me. - Expedited the whole thing because they knew I was having family over for the holidays - Threw in new foam upgrade at no extra charge because "the old foam was probably tired anyway" It arrived perfectly matched, beautifully made, ahead of schedule, and honestly looks better than the original. In 2025 when most companies treat you like a number (or worse - an inconvenience), Choice Furniture treated me like family who just had some bad luck. The next day, my husband and I had a great experience ordering split mattresses and the mothership of all bed bases. When everything arrived, the owner realized having a bed was the only thing preventing us from being able to move into our new home. He worked things out with the delivery guys on the spot and they made room on the truck and we were able to finally stay the first night in our home. We will definitely be returning to purchase a table set and possibly a couch. Great experience overall.

I paid $500 for a "firm" mattress which feels like I'm laying on jelly, and the $500 recliner doesn't even hold up my feet. Because of the massive snowstorm that literally just happened there was nobody in the store, so I was unable to call and actually discuss my concerns with anybody because after 24 hours, they apparently will not do any sort of return or exchange, all I want is a chair that I can sit in which supports my feet and my head does not lay back at a 90° angle

Like a fall pie ceramic dish, a recipe card container (what are those called?) some Halloween gummy fingers, strawberry and cream marshmallows, fruit snacks and my favorite purchase was a cute sweatshirt that I found in the men's section! Its a bit warm for 60 degrees but will be perfect for chilly nights. I asked for some help from a girl working in that area and she was a lot of help! Very nice and professional! Ollie's is a liquidation center where you can find all kinds of brand name items for less. When you first walk, you'll notice a large selection of books and toys. There's also lots of food and household items, some clothes, beauty products, decorations, bedding, electronics, hardware, etc. I found some lovely Yankee Candle large signature candles for $7.99 when they are normally sold full price at $30 at the Yankee store. Things to take note - not everything is a great deal, if you shop at Costco or Sam's Club you may notice similar or cheaper prices there - for example, Kcup coffee pods - not so cheap at Ollie's. In terms of clothing, there's a limited selection, many outdated styles by today's standards. I saw a bunch of genuine leather jackets which looked like they were from the 90's or early 2000s, sold at very low prices (under $20). There are tons of large carpets and rugs on display, ideal if you need to redecorate, also great selection of bathroom towels and matts. It's the kind of place you need to check back often as the stock varies greatly.
