This seems like a large Nike store more than a factory outlet. The store is pretty large and has a…read moresolid selection. It's nowhere near the size or selection of the Nike outlet store in Las Vegas and nowhere near the deals either but deals can be found. They have all the clothing to look like or act like a jock. There are racks of clearance items which are definitely sales but not the deep discounts that you can find elsewhere. The shoes selection is also large but it has a lot of styles that look like they were kicked out of the Frankenstein collection. If you're looking to find some gems it's definitely possible here but definitely on the discounts that I thought I'd see.

I am stuck with two of the exact same pair of pants same color etc. I emailed head office to make a complaint and was told I would hear something within a couple of days, a week later still haven't heard anything. I would have been totally satisfied with a store credit. They were not willing to budge or accommodate under any circumstances. When ordering online it is very difficult to know the exact size, a store that offers online should definitely offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Second time in Cleo first time was a horrible experience I don't even know why I went back the second time, I was hoping it was maybe just a one-off the first time around. I order from Rietmans, Mark's work warehouse, etc all the time and whenever something is not fitting properly I have never been given a hard time to get a refund. I am going to assume that in this economic environment and retail stores struggling that this store just does not need clientele. Let me add on the bottom of the receipt it clearly states. No sale final. So why was I not given a refund?

In the middle of the store were winter jackets and there wasn't a lot of sizes in each style but I did find a few I liked in the right size. I asked the sales associate if they had some purple jackets and he showed me a few. In the back of the store they have a section for youth. The men's section to the right had winter jackets, shorts, pants, and tshirts. The sizing seemed to be more of the small and x-large. Most items were 40% off but there were some that were 60% off and clearance was 75%. I was happy to get some decent prices and good service.

I wanted to pick up a Keiser M3i spin bike last week and found that Kinetic Solutions had them in…read morestock so I drove over to Oakville- they're just off the highway so really convenient from downtown Toronto. I ended up picking up the bike and also amazing quality commercial UMAX dumbbells and a rock solid True Fitness bench, all at great prices for the quality level- I'm sure they'll outlive me. I wasn't sure if they'd sell to just the public but Alastair was very helpful and friendly, and even helped me load everything into my little car, which involved unpacking quite a few things. I'll be going back again or at least calling if I need any other quality fitness equipment! (I also posted this review on Facebook and Google)
