Avoid Rumble Pest Solutions at all costs. I gave them every chance. Their treatments flat-out didn't work--weeks after each visit I still had the same pests. They hit you with a $150 "startup" fee, keep billing $50 every month while you still see bugs, and then slap on a $300 "cancellation" fee when you finally quit. That's not service; it's a money drain. Techs were in-and-out, results were zero, and the only thing consistent was the charging. I canceled because I was tired of paying for no improvement, and they still gouged me on the way out. If a pest company can't eliminate pests or stand behind their work without nickel-and-diming you, what's the point? DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY. In my experience, their products didn't solve the problem, their pricing is predatory, and the cancellation hit is the final insult. The service did not work for me. I tried for two years. I called to tell them no more and they keep showing up at my door. Today they tell me I have to call one more time to stop the service. They failed to get rid of our pest problem and failed to come back out to retreat 2 different times. Multiple calls and emails sent to no avail. Charged us a quarterly fee 3 months before it was due. We cancelled the service since they failed to get rid of the pest problem and now they are harassing us over billing. The sales guy sent us an text stating we would be released from the 1 year contract if they failed to get rid of the pest problem. Company refuses to honor same. Do not recommend. read more

They do not deserve 1 star. I hired them to get rid of Pantry moths in November 2025. They did one treatment. In December, I came home after a weekend and there was larva all over my ceiling! I called immediately and requested a follow up service. The tech came out and said there wasn't anything he could do and I would need to sweep them off the ceiling and throw them out. I spent the next 10 days vacuuming my ceiling myself. A tech came back and then called his supervisor to assist. His supervisor told me that based on the lack of treatment the first two techs did, my house was now considered infested!! They offered to come out and do a full spray that following Monday, and then the tech no showed me. By, that time, I was DONE with them and hired a new company to come spray my house. They sprayed ONE time, and there hasn't been any sign of these pests. DO NOT USE RUMBLE. It is a waste of time, money, and your energy. read more

If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. My father requested treatment for a one time service,, he stated the two issues he was having. When the technician arrived he was out of one of the sprays. After they left the problem was still there so my father called another company to come out and treat the issue. He never signed a contract with them. Yet he ends up getting a contract in the mail from them with a his name spelled wrong and a forged signature. It is in no way his signature. He has tried to handle this the correct way, the sheriff got involved and told them this was a criminal act to forge a signature and the company did not care. So just like everyone else has stated run. You would be better off deal with the small bugs than a company who will not be honest to get your business. My father ended up paying just to get them to stop harassing him with letters and texts and calls. If I didn't live out of town I would have been here in person to have made sure the first treatment was done right or I would have sent them away. Sad and disappointing to see this company taking advantage of honest people. read more

Their product doesn't work. Had carpenter ants and deer ticks immediately after their treatment. They will let a tenant sign paperwork putting you in a 1 year contract you didn't know about and then charge you $169 to cancel it. Whoever they have for customer service is rude and acts like they have you in some gotcha moment wanting more to be right than actually help a customer. They take advantage of old people and people ignorant of what's happening in their own yards. Why would I call someone out every 10 days when I can just take care of a pest issue myself correctly the first time. Worst bug company ever. Just like others have stated, they didn't even have my correct address and still charged me. Rude customer service, dont even answer phone calls or emails. When they finally answer they are rude and not helpful but then try to charge your credit card! They scam people into a ridiculous contract that you can't even read and refuse to "fix" or even correct address to get service. read more

RUN AWAY!!! Do not use this company. For starters, I had multiple treatments and it was ineffective. We were inundated with all sorts of bugs: spiders, millipedes, etc. The worst part is that they don't explain their contract terms when their slick salesperson pitches you. A regular treatment costs $135 but they offer your first treatment at $65 and say that you have to pay the discount if you cancel the service before the year is up. That makes it sound like you'd be on the hook for $70 if you cancel. WRONG! I attempted to cancel only to find out that the first treatment was actually a "clearing treatment" which normally costs $269. So to get out of the contract I had to pay $204. It was either that or pay over $400 for ineffective treatments for the remainder of the year. If you don't believe me, check the BBB. There are multiple complaints. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service! The pest control itself was fine. I still had some bugs though so decided to cancel. Getting through to anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. Don't even bother sending a message through their automated system on their website because they will claim they never received it and then just continue charging you for services. Even though I got a receipt email saying "thank you for contacting us", that message doesn't show exactly what I had inquired about. So they have no "proof" that I asked to cancel. Then had the audacity to call me a liar and tell me that I never contacted them when it's their system that is flawed. Kate was an absolute nightmare to talk to on the phone. Wouldn't even let me get a word in edgewise on the phone and just told me she wouldn't be refunding me. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge with my bank. Such a dishonest company! not a good experince at all. run away fast please don't use them. they left my fence open so my dog got out and they don't care or answer their phone. Finally when they call you back no manger is on duty. they claim that the manger will call you back, but they don't. Yet, they can send you another bill over $100! if you have time to send another bill you have time to call me back and at least apologize. all of that was bad, but the real kicker is there are still bugs.
