Instead the owner comes to the home days later, and immediately begins to argue (with an attitude) with us that its impossible to have a wasp problem as they sprayed all locations, and that they could never be nesting in the gutters (directly over the garage door) because....that's when I told him he was behaving inappropriately as a service representative, especially as business owner!
