The staff said they had given our order to the wrong table and apologized. When our food came out after the issue, my burger was topped with raw onions. I went back up to the food ordering area and asked for a new top bun/lettuce because waiting for our food to be made for the 3rd time wasn't in our time budget (we had somewhere to go after this!). The lady at the bar checked her computer to make sure "no onions" was on the order - and she confirmed that it was ordered correctly before she went to get me a new top bun/lettuce piece. I tried to eat the burger to the best of my ability despite the raw onion taste lingering. No apology for making it incorrectly (after the first order was given to the wrong table!), just a crappy $18 burger experience. It's doubtful we'd return based on this experience.
