It was so fun to have the music going and to be guided through a challenging workout! I was nervous at first to be in a class full of people because I haven't worked out in a long time. But the environment was super friendly and we were encouraged to move at our own pace. The lighting was perfect for just the right amount of privacy but it was a fun group environment at the same time. I was surprised that I was able to finish the class, it was so challenging but taking breaks allowed me to finish and now I hooked! I would definitely come back, especially after the results I saw the next day. Nat, the owner was super nice and she taught the class. There are several classes to take that focus on different things as well as sculpting with weights after the cycling portion. I can't wait to try another one!

It was a little bit of a tricky process because we had a large group, so as soon as bikes dropped, we booked a whole section of bikes front and center. When we got to the studio, they had cute decorations set up to celebrate us (thanks to our Best Man, who is also a spin instructor in California, who called them ahead of time). They were so so friendly and welcoming! The ride was awesome. Music was on point, choreo perfection, great workout. The instructors definitely push you to "level up" and are very motivating. The music is loud and really keeps you locked in. The room is pretty dark so you can't really see other people and they can't see you, which i love. It takes a lot of the pressure off! It's all about how you feel and doing what feels best for you. The shoe rental is very affordable & parking is validated. Lockers, towels and filtered water are provided.

The location itself is pretty far out in west Nashville, but definitely manageable--especially if you're not attempting it during rush hour. Our instructor was Megan--great energy and led a tough class. She was helpful in adjusting my and my friend's bike, as my friend had never taken a spin class, and it's been years since I had. Overall, a tremendous workout (my heart rate monitor watch says I burned 575 cals!) and a fabulous deal at 5 classes for $25 for new clients! Can't beat that, and I can't wait to go back!
