This place is great - such good prices and so many different items. Definitely worth checking out ! I went to buy some scrubs, and found such a big collection. If you need scrubs, you'll definitely find what you want . I'm definitely gonna go back, as they have different types of clothing/items and shoes- not just scrubs. read more

their items on clearance are just as good as the ones on the other side of the store sold full price. they have options and multiple racks of discounted scrubs. you're unlikely to make a matching set looking through the clearance racks so i just make the most with what's out. discounted items can't b returned and you can't return them to a different building. read more

Terrible customer service. On Saturday October 9th, 2021 at approximately 10:45hrs, I walked into the store fir the first time I asked this lady working for some help finding a certain type of pants, she reacted very unprofessional as she spoke with a very derogatory and nasty attitude. it was as if I had said something offensive by asking the question and told me "Can't you see, if you didn't find it it's because we don't have it. I simply apologized to her for asking a question and left the store. Overall a terrible experience, it's minutes from my house but I'd rather go to another store 20 minutes away because they know how to treat customers. So I suggest learning to treat every customer kindly and with respect because if service continues like this, I'm never coming back. read more

Terrible customer service. First time I was there & I kindly asked the owner for some help finding a certain color of scrubs and she was nasty and told me "Can't you see they're all here" insinuating that I can just find it myself. I came back a 2nd time to return one of the scrubs I bought, with the receipt in the bag ready. When I get there, she dumps what is in the bag on the counter, I look away for a minute, and somehow magically the receipt isn't there. I know I had the receipt in there, right before I walked in I made sure it was there! I don't know what she did with the receipt but I certainly know she did something to hide it. I even told her I'd go back home to check (even though I knew it wasn't there) and get it quickly and come back, but she insisted I just stay and use store credit to get a new set. Overall a terrible experience, it's 3 minutes from my house but I'd rather go to another store 20 minutes away because they know how to treat customers. Can't speak to the fit or quality of my new Carhart Hiking Boot, since they haven't arrived in the time promised, which was much longer than would actually be needed to ship from Bergenfield to Tennessee.I kept track of the progress of my anxiously awaited hiking boots. I saw that on Wednesday, January 24, "Package has left seller facility (RO's building) and is in transit to carrier". Nothing happened for 5 days, until Monday, Jan 29, 6:34 PM when "Package arrived at a carrier facility (presumably the Post Office, since they shipped via USPS)". That "carrier facility", was in Bergenfield. I studied the Google Earth imagery of the downtown area of your city, Bergenfield, NJ, and found something interesting. From the loading dock doors at the back of RO's building at 18 S. Washington, across West Main, up the sidewalk to the corner and in the front door of the "carrier facility", the Post Office at 25 Veterans Plaza, is exactly 200 yards. So, my boots were "in transit" for 5 days to move 200 yds. Once the boots completed that 200 yard journey, an hour and 15 minutes later, they arrived in Newark. After that, things went about like you'd expect, although the promised arrival, by 8PM, Wed., Jan. 31, has passed and I still don't have my boots. They've left Nashville and I expect they will actually arrive tomorrow. If you're going to deal with this store, prepare by lowering your expectations of Customer Service. read more
