OxiFresh was my ride-or-die back when I lived there -- their cleaning is genuinely stellar, no notes. But oh boy, did Corporate have other plans for me. I called the franchise location directly and got connected to what I can only describe as a human answering machine with a script and zero problem-solving skills. She asked for my zip code, discovered I was ONE town over from their service area, and essentially said "not my problem" with a smile in her voice. Fine. I escalated to their big, shiny nationwide toll-free number -- you know, the one that implies they can help anyone, anywhere. Same song, different robot. And when I asked if they could at least point me toward someone who could help? Crickets. Loud, echoing, maddening crickets. So here I am, managing a 2,500-mile gap, a time zone difference, and a corporate policy so rigid it apparently can't bend one zip code for a loyal customer. I eventually found a local mom-and-pop shop that's been in business for 38+ years -- and shockingly, they acted like they actually wanted my business. Imagine that! OxiFresh, your cleaning crew is amazing. Your corporate policy department, however, needs a deep clean of its own.

I called and spoke to Nick who was EXTREMELY personable and gave me a wealth of information on the process, what to expect, as well as a ballpark cost, after I sent him pictures of the areas. They were 2 small bedrooms, a sofa and stairs with a small common area (8x8) leading to the stairs. Nick texted the day before to confirm and gave me a time frame of 3-5pm. He, and his other tech Carlos arrived around 3:45pm. I did have some white paint I had spilled (cleaned up the bulk of it) but told him I understand if it isn't fully gone it was ok. He and Carlos got right to it and he texted me when they were done... when I entered the house smelled AWESOME and the carpet looked new. No longer "well loved" but as if it was just laid new.
