To be honest, there is nothing special about this place.
We ordered a folded egg with brown butter and sautéed mushrooms (the third item on the menu), a bikini sandwich, and two lattes. The lines for ordering, picking up, and getting water were unorganized. The total was 340 DKK.
The portion size was adequate, but the ingredients were very basic, consisting of a piece of ham, burrata, and just bread. The bikini sandwich was very oily, and the coffee had no flavor, tasting over-burnt.
We were first served the wrong order, which belonged to the table next to us. It was the morning plate, priced at 105 DKK, which included one sourdough bun, one boiled egg, whipped butter, hammer knas, and jam on the side. Essentially, it was one bread and egg with three sauces on the side for 105DKK (€14ish).
I was sitting at the bar, observing the staff touching everything, including the bread, ham, containers, plates, and even their shirts and pants, without gloves or wiping their hands for my entire dining time.
While the interior had a modern pantry style with cozy music and energetic morning noises, this place seems more like a trendy, influencer hotspot rather than a restaurant focused on quality and service. read more
