Before we went on vacation she came to meet me and my cat and they seemed to get along very well. I could tell that Yvette loves and cares for all animals very much based on the way she responded to my cat. I also knew that she had a cat of her own so there wasn't much instruction required. I knew that she would take good care of her. During our vacation Yvette sent us with an e-mail update on how Ellie was doing. It was very nice and thoughtful of her to do so as it brought us peace of mind while we were away. What a horrendous customer service attitude the Pet Relocate arm of the business has. I have spent…read morethe last week dealing with their shady and patronizing communication style, their attempts to educate me on how customers purchase and the fact they will provide no transparency around their quote. I emailed asking for a quote and when they provided it i asked for clarity around what was included as i had received a cheaper quote elsewhere with a comprehensive itemized list of what i would be paying for. Something that i would assume is pretty normal when you're spending upwards of $3000. They firstly refused and told me to send that quote so they could see if they would match it, I was inclined to doubt that their in initial quote was legitimate and wasn't randomly overcharging me for things. When i refused i asked what the big deal was of telling me what that quote was for, and asked again - what does this quote include eg: transport, crate, fees, care at stopover etc? their response was we don't service customers who like to "shop around" and if i wanted more information i would have to pay a information finding fee so their could tell me further what the quote was for - and they would keep that even if i chose to not go with them. The quote exactly was: 'Allocating relocation specialists and using our own internal resources to provide consultation / comprehensive estimates to clients that are 'shopping around' for the best deal, is not how we operate'. I have since found out their list themselves as BBB accredited which is a lie and BBB will tell you the same thing on their site, and in order to avoid complaints and any sort of checks and balances they hide behind VIP SITTERS who by all accounts are reputable and perfectly legit. I can't speak for the actual relocation service but i wouldn't trust them to not take advantage of you, bully you, and over charge you, it would seem their revenue is a higher priority than helping you move your family member. Non transparent, shady and rude as hell.

I can book times, pay invoices, receive updates, and send and receive messages through their app, which makes this the simplest and most efficient petsitting company I've ever worked with. Sarah and Jake's friendliness and professionalism is the real draw though. I know my cat is in good hands with them, and they take the stress out of the process, leaving me free to enjoy my travel.

Over the last year, Sarah has become an indispensable petsitter for our 2 cats. She's extremely reliable, organized, and professional - a total pleasure to work with. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to our cats, so I can't believe that we've found someone as detail oriented and caring as Sarah to look after them when we're not around! Getting set up with PetsGo was pretty painless. We had an initial meet and greet at our house to introduce the cats, go over the forms, and provide a copy of our keys. The intake paperwork was extensive which really helped put my mind at ease that PetsGo would have all the right info and preferences of our cats. My favourite part about the service is that Sarah takes the time to send daily updates and photos (great for my peace of mind). She even noticed that our cats had shaved patches of fur (from a recent vet visit we forgot to inform her about) and kept an eye on them in case they became an issue. This is definitely high-quality service for a reasonable price! Most recently, after returning from our 2-week vacation, our cats were calmly snoozing like we never even left. They were definitely well-fed and well-exercised during our absence! It was really expensive and traumatizing to fly my cats here from Los Angeles and I certainly could not fly them back and forth over the holidays, so I was faced with finding a pet sitting service that was affordable and trust worthy. I was stressed out about the whole ordeal until I came across Cats Pyjamas. I contacted them and set up a "meet & greet" before booking them and to my surprise it was a huge relief! There was some paperwork involved which I found to be thorough and thoughtful. It literally covers everything and it's nice to know that they want the best for your pet(S) while your away. Raisa and Mitch are friendly and respectful. I walked them through feeding routines, toys, etc. and they took notes! I had no hesitation handing over the keys to my place and care of my cats. They emailed me with photos, videos and everything my cats were up to while I was away. I had no doubt that upon my return everything would be as I left it...and of course it was! Not only did the girl feed the cat, play with the cat, clean the litter, etc, she also watered our plants, brought in our mail, took out the garbage, swept up the cat fur upstairs, etc Really went above and beyond. And every day she would leave a voicemail on this system they have setup, which then uses Google Talk to translate the vmail into an email, which is auto-sent to me, which I could check on my iPad while overseas to keep on with the progress. On top of all this, they were WAYYYY cheaper than the old cat sitter we used to use when we lived in the Annex. Overall top notch. Highly recommended. They will totally be our pet sitters going forward.

Now we don't worry if we want to go away, because we know our cats will be well taken care of while we're gone.
