It was our first time leaving them here, and though our babies were nervous, we felt completely at ease. The groomer explained they would need to be stripped down but promised to save as much hair as possible--no problem! When we picked them up, we were beyond happy. They looked adorable and still had more hair than I expected! One of our pups has sensitive skin and often gets razor burn, but after checking at home-- not a single scratch. We are thrilled with the care and service and will definitely be booking again!

I acceptthat my dog is extremely nervous. And I acceptthat you tell me complaints about my animal. But I call my mother a liar. and my mother is 79years old. This Karen was disrespectful. Mydog was medicated and I'm sorry it didn't work.Still, it wasn't such a rude way to say things. She wanted my dog and this woman continuedto disrespect her. Yes my dog was with manyknots. Because his former groomer closed hisbusiness. and I was looking for where to takeher. When I told her to give me my dog shecontinued to complain. I think one time was.enough. She charged us 130 dollars!!!!!! forleaving my dog bald. And I did question theprice since it seemed a little high to me. We hada slight argument because she already had metired. Your Karen has no love for dogs. you arevery rude And now seeing all the opinions onyour page, I am not the only one who thinks thesame. You even threatened to call the Spca forbringing a hairy dog with knots. Think carefullyabout taking your animals to this place. Youcan't even see what she's doing because it's allcovered with a cement wall. My dog istraumatized. She would give it a zero but there is no that option.

Changing to mobile pet grooming has made an all day ordeal a quick hour. I have never received more compliments- my dog looks great! While he hates the blow dryer he loves the groomer so it works out. Mobile grooming takes all the stress out of grooming! I do spend more but the convenience outweighs the additional cost. I spend about 30 dollars more but gain an entire day along with a beautifully groomed puppy! Thanks Kacie!

I only took my dogs on Niagara street after they closed the business on Allen. I didn't want to travel that far. I always gave a great tip and trusted the groomer. We have great interaction and she did a great job grooming my baby. I didn't like the cut and contacted them. I asked did someone else groom my dog because I didn't like it. She immediately made excuses and said "If you don't like it you get go elsewhere" I was shocked and pissed off. Haven't returned. Will not spend money where I am disrespected. PS Place never smelled clean and sometimes my dog smelled like kennel after grooming, which made me have to air out my vehicle. But that was the last straw, telling me to go somewhere place else if I didn't like it. BYE

She was heavier dark brown haired woman could be of Latin decent but I am not sure. I called after dropping Apollo off just to see how he was doing and if he was ready. My legit words on the phone were, "Hello, my name is Rose I just dropped off Apollo and I am wondering if he is done or if it will take a more time." The response she decided to give a paying customer was rather than simply answering my question, she chose to answer my question with a question which is always rude when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE or life in general. I would know having worked in that field. It could also make a dog owner cautious if they're being treated rudely over the phone...how are they treating my dog? She said, "I thought I said to call at 2:30?" Now I'm always a polite person so I don't get into spats like this. No time. My mature response was, "I understand" and waited for a more polite answer. All she had to say was he wasn't ready. Duh. No need for an attitude. Then she said to call back at 2:30pm. I just hung up because I knew I would not call I will be right there at 2:30pm wait and make sure my dog is okay. I call early all the time to pick up my dog because most places just leave them in a cage to bark. He's good at grooming because I wash him at home. It doesn't take too long with him. I'd rather pick him up especially if he's done early. He's not a barker unless he has to. So I'd rather not get him into the habit of barking his head off. I got a bad vibe from the place after waiting outside for my ride I saw a Maltese break from her leash, run from her owner downtown the street into the adjacent parking lot and run around the car from her owner in fear of the impending grooming. I almost didn't want to leave my love bug after seeing that. Animals are smart, maybe that lovely little dog had a bad experience. So you can easily understand why I called just to see if he was ready and check in on him. When I showed up at 2:30pm. He was not ready. I was then told to come back 15 minutes later. I did, but was late to work where as the Allentown location is always done early; as is every other dog grooming location that I've ever taken my dog to. Every other employee I encountered was nice, but I had to write a review on this one. I never got her name. They are a lot more courteous at the Allentown location so I recommend that one. I will not be returning to this location. I only accepted this appointment because the Allentown location was completely booked and for good reason.
