In the year we've lived in town they have always been helpful with letting us know when a prescription is running out, when the insurance does or does not pay, etcetera. If you enjoy a personal touch that large chains like Walmart just can't deliver, then this is a business to use. Because they are a pharmacy, not a large drug store like CVS, don't expect to find non-drug stuff. No specials on coffee latte packets or batteries for your watch. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience.
