I strongly suggest trying on everything but they will allow returns if you return the items within 14 days of the purchase and you must have your receipt, or course all tags still attached. If you return after 14 days, you will only receive a store credit. The staff was helpful in setting me up with a dressing room and bringing other items. I will admit that the clothing fit much better than I thought it would. Most times, I am considered plus size, and these types of stores do not cater towards the plus size women of the world. Hip hop music plays loudly but for some reason not distracting to the shopping experience. Mostly like that just what you'd expect from this type of store. They even allow you to make returns from Amazon which is a huge plus. The only downside is that they only have one area in the whole store to cash out. The plus side is that that area to cash out is right by a door so if you have a return you don't have to walk to the whole store. Another issue is that the amount of goods is limited. I know people are not going to the store as much anymore so that may be the issue. But Cole is one of my favorite stores to shop for quality items at a reasonable price. I don't want to forget to mention the Kohls Cash and coupons that are often available.

We decided to go to Arbor Mall in Douglasville but we made a detour to Kohl's and boy am I glad we did. The thing I like about Kohl's is they have almost everything. A smaller scale of a department store but have just what you need. We walked in on Saturday and there were sales galore. The website had a coupon that we were able to use as well. That was even better. I love a discount or a sale. The people were definitely in there buying up everything in site. The store was neat and orderly despite the crowd of people in the store. The only con this day was of course the lines but hey it's Christmas time. Also this store could stand to have a bench or two around the store. Sometimes you get winded, tired from standing or even hot and need to sit down for a second.

I sent my items via UPS on Dec 18 and it was verified as received on Dec 22. I have reached out via email several times and still have not received a refund as of January 10. This was over $100 of merchandise. To have to wait so long for a significant amount of money back when you have done everything correctly and no longer have the items, is extremely frustrating. As an online ordering experience, it has been very bad as compared to EVERY other store I order from online. If they had a physical store near me, I may shop there, but would never order online from them again.
