I have been shopping at Lizard Thicket Peachtree City for my daughter and myself for many years. I am always welcomed and asked if I needed help, usually I am just browsing but sometimes I have seen an item on Instagram and ask for it and they always know exactly where it is in the store to save me from searching. This us a cute store visually.Their merchandise is decent but not alot of variety.They do have good sales with respectable markdowns.I realize Covid has placed retail in a terrific bind. My observations are n.ott from that influence. I do like eclectic pieces and occasionally there is something that catches my eye.As far as assistance,it has been hit or miss.I generally prefer my own opinion but I'm openminded.I love a suggestion or something that causes me to think.Im probably over their age group but that's unfortunate.I dont set limits based on that but rather on my on my build,what's comfortable, flattering or necessary. read more

I love shopping at Lizard Thicket. The store has unique pieces at very affordable prices. They are the least expensive in comparison to many boutiques "in town". Sometimes the skirts/dresses run a bit short. But I guess that's the style now? Anyway, I find lots of unique items that I can wear here and not see on many others when I go out. Love the clothes and the fact that when you buy something there, you're not guaranteed to see someone in the same outfit within 5 minutes of walking out the door. The inventory was sparse before the expansion but now that they've grown the store, you're sure to find something. read more

Love their clothes. So unique and wear well. They have a nice dressing room and all the ladies are so helpful. Im always greeted by at least two girls who are eager to help and hold my clothes. Only complaint is they sell clothes for younger adults yet they don't reach out to younger adult budget. So get ready to put down some money. RIDICULOUS return policy & gift card policy. Will never shop at Lizard Thicket again because of their unreasonable return policy. I have been shopping at lizard thicket for years. Recently not to often because there clothing quality is not nearly as good as it use to be. My husband surprised me with some birthday gifts from there but none exact a dress fit right. We went in yesterday (April 10th) to return what didn't fit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! The associate that did our return was Leenew (at least thats what the receipts say). She scanned it all and said that the 179.20 was going back on our card ending in **** I said ok and inserted card. She then say oh I did it wrong I have to redo it because I charged you the 179.20 instead of giving it back. Im like ok whatever mistakes happen. So to fix it she says she will just double the return to give us back our money for both transactions which totaled to 358.41. As she is doing it she is explaining to us that its like one button that she forgot to hit. Im thinking still I've worked retail before and the number on the screen should appear negative if you are giving money back thats simple math. Anyway we insert our card again she hands us the receipt as we are walking out the store my husband pulls up his app that is attached to his credit card and sees that she had charged him again this time for 358.41. So at this point we are frustrated. Leenew had now charged 537.61 on our credit card. HOW DONT YOU KNOW NEGATIVES FROM POSITIVES. She seemed so busy and overwhelmed and it was only US and one other Lady in the store asking for help. I went back up to her and told her she had charged us again and she was like "oh no I'm sorry let me try again" This time around she refunded us the 537.61the right way. But as we were walking to the car we were like wait she only refunded us for her fuck ups not our actual original refund. So I went back in myself and my husband just went to the car. When I walked up to the register she said before i could say anything "I thought I owed you more" Now I'm livid because you let us leave when you still knew the transaction wasn't done right. If I had went home and noticed it how would I have proven this I don't know. As she is refunding us again I finally see the manager. All this time I thought she was there alone and she could have asked for help this whole time instead of playing a guessing game with our money! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. we have to wait the 3-5 days to get all the money back Leenew took off our card. BEWARE OF RETURNS or EVEN USING YOUR CREDIT/ DEBT CARD HERE!! IF THEY DONT DO IT RIGHT THEY DONT CARE. AND LITTLE APOLOGY IS OFFERED! Take your hard earned money to other boutiques in the area that care about the type of customer service they are providing. Leenew needs to go back to school and learn basic math or at least be retrained and taught how to give proper customer service. read more

Prices are too high for the quality of clothing. Very poor quality. Their gift card policy is ridiculous also. They have some cute clothes but their clothing has gone down in style and quality throughout the years. read more

Their gift card and return policy is absolutely ridiculous! Overpriced clothing that is incredibly bad quality. They have an entire rack of clothing that has ripped for people just trying them on. Their clothes are getting less couture and more grungy. Do not recommend at all. read more
