They called over a fabulous stylist, Mastoora, and she helped me find amazing options that fit perfectly. I felt so confident and bought just about everything she put together. Decided to shop a bit before the return not a single person offered to take the several items to a dressing room. The dress I wanted fo purchase in a different size was supposedly so new that was not in the inventory? But they had several in regular and petite for sale. The online customer service is horrible hours wait for a rep via phone and chat. They dont respond to emails. I've shopped here for years in this economy if they dont improve customer service they won't last
