Ordered online for store pick up. When I arrived, the owner was present but said I could only get…read moremy order in the following Tuesday. As a first buyer, when the email said your order is ready for pickup, I assumed I could get it. I came back on the following Tuesday. This time the store was CLOSED!! I called the owner, she said that she was out of town and thought the boutique was open! I asked for a refund. Owner didn't try to help or seemed interested in keeping my business. I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund. I would give zero stars if possible. I always try to support small businesses, especially black owned ones, but customer service was totally lacking! Very disappointed
