Gave them all the details and also told them I was not in any rush for the vehicle. They scheduled work to start on 9-15. Dropped off vehicle on 9-11. Went in on 9-22 (day 8) to check on status. When asked, the owner got annoyed that I was even asking the question. He accused me of trying to rush the job. Again, I said that I was not in a rush for the vehicle, I just wanted to be kept informed on its status. Went in again on 11-3 (day 50) to verify they still had my phone number, (had heard nothing from them). The owner told me nothing had been done on my vehicle. I got a call on 11-14 (day 64) that the vehicle was ready. I went in on 11-17 (day 67) to pick it up. Paid the bill  ($1425.00) and went out to the vehicle. It started but it had a miss. Shut off and started it again, still missing. Went back in and told the owner of the miss. His response was "So?". I told him that the vehicle was not  roadable. He said "I got it running so now you want me to do a full tune-up?". Again, I told him it has to be roadable. He then brought up that , per him, I had tried  rushing the job. If 67+ days to do a job is "Rushing", then I am guilty. As of 1-9 (day 120 ) , I have heard nothing and the "Rushed job" is still not complete.  Please draw your own conclusion.

These guys charged us over $460 for a pin that costs $10. They claimed they needed two hour minimum labor even though we went to their shop, not a road side call or anything. We tried to explain that this is overpriced but they blocked our truck and trailer and demanded full payment or they will lock the gate with our equipment and driver on their yard!
