Upon entering we went to the cashier because the items are stocked in the back. The employee who got to the cashier was a total jerk. He certainly wasn't helpful nor friendly at all and looked like we were bothering him from his break. When ringing up the items, we mentioned that we'd like to ring the two items separately because we have a coupon code from retail me not, he refused to do it because he said it's one code. I have made multiple purchases separately using one code and no one has given me an issue before but here, no. My husband could pay for one item and I could pay for the other item but he refused to do it....he was just too lazy to ring it up which explains his enthusiasm to really assist customers. I could have walked away and have my husband purchase one item. I can wait on another line and get the same item but I don't have time to play these silly games. God help anyone who has to go through the warranty process with this company. Never buying another…read moretransmission from here again. Let's be realistic. None of these junk yards really know if the transmissions they are selling you are good or bad because half the cars they pull them out of are destroyed. The only thing you can hope for is that the yard stands behind there transmissions and replaces them if there is a problem. Fenix will do everything in their power to put you through the ringer sending videos, pictures, codes, fluid samples, invoices, etc... This is all fine but when you send them everything they need they take a full week to get you an answer and half the time the answer is "We need more videos". Then if the warranty is not approved they do t let you know. They just don't call you back. I have read other reviews and this seems like common practice with them
