A few months ago, my fiancée contacted Carli and paid the fee to have her plan and make all the…read morearrangements for our first trip to Hawaii together. Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company. So unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

Let me start off by saying-WE HAD THE BEST HONEYMOON EVER EVER EVER!…read more And that whatever you're planning, you need to bring Amy in! Because for us, this was the trip of a lifetime and she made it happen. There was romance, adventure, relaxation, and most of all connection! Of course, the ever-so-talented Amy was responsible for 99.9999% of our plans. We came to her perplexed, running out of time to get to Oceania in the summer, with a vision that could not be pulled off without years of planning expertise and a penchant for networking. It is evident to us why Amy gets all of these rave reviews she does. And why we're raving about her on here, too! At the beginning of January, I reached out to Amy asking her for help booking our 2-week honeymoon to New Zealand and Fiji. We connected the same day and she reached out over the phone, and then had us fill out a form with our vision. The target was a late March-early April trip, just in time to catch good weather in both countries. Over 2-3 months, Amy worked tirelessly to cover off on every little detail. As the sample itineraries came in, she listened intently to our concerns and preferences, helped us scenario plan ("Travel north? Or south?") And gave her professional opinion as a travel agent without being pushy. She also hooked us up with someone at Down Under Answers who was more knowledgeable than she was about New Zealand adventures to help us experience the most we could out there. We traveled from Montclair, New Jersey to Queenstown to Rotorua to Auckland to Fiji. It was virtually seamless but only because we worked with such a talented and caring travel agent who helped us plan realistic, vacation-appropriate timelines. The icing on the already incredible cake was when we received a welcome champagne bottle the first night in our first hotel with restaurant recommendations and a Happy Honeymoon note~ My husband and I will be most certainly be working with Amy again for our next trip to really get the most out of it! We hope you do too!

Mark was a great help on both fronts, steering us clear of being over ambitious with our itinerary and making sure we had hotels which cater to foreigners but still providing some of the local charm we'd hoped for (e.g. English-speaking staff, air conditioning, etc). His guidance for getting around within cities and between cities was super helpful. With no pressure on what we chose for our itinerary, only guiding us to manage our time well, Marks input was invaluable.

Completely ruined my weekend as hotel rooms had tripled downtown and I had to stay near the airport. No, this about my need to hold this arrogant business owner accountable for his poor customer service. I am a retired Air Force Colonel and West Point graduate and the degree of callous disrespect he has shown to me and my friends is astounding. If you look through past reviews this is a pattern. From the second I inquired about the cruise, I was so well advised of every step of the process. What was better, it seems all of the staff knew exactly who I was. Maureen and Danielle were my main contacts, but Adam, Eileen, and Leo were also great. I always like to put a face to the names of the people I deal with, and this was no exception. When I made payments, I opted to go there but I had my kids. Not only did they not have a problem with my kids, they played with them and showed pictures of their grandkids! It was great to see such a close knit, family atmosphere. Anyone who has dealt with Disney for the first time can understand the process is a bit overwhelming. I asked for quite a bit of advice going in, and was never turned away or made to feel like a nuisance. When I finally got to the pier and was ready to board, I found I pretty much already knew what I was doing, and the excursions onboard were a breeze. I can't thank everyone at Cruise Concepts enough for helping make such a memorable vacation for my family.
