Arrived at 6:15 thinking we would have more than enough time to eat and make it to a play at 7:30. At 7:10, we still had not received our food so we had to ask them to box it up and take it to go or we would have missed the play. Our waitress was great and very attentive and apologetic. Where do I start! First of all. Slow. As. Shit. Second of all prices are absurd! 5 "wings" (small chicken nuggets) for 13 dollars. No side! And no warning on the menu about size vs price. It came how it came. Prices online do not match the menu. Only thing that was good was the salad. The serving size price ratio was blasphemy and the only thing that was worth it was the salad. Recent visit shows a much improved salad bar, new entrees, and old favorites. I had the coconut shrimp dinner, i e of my favorite dishes. It was cooked perfectly. I also built a huge salad using many if the new selection. We used my discount from the RT app and ate well for a reasonable cost. read more

Best service I've had in years. slept through my pickup time, came to the store to see if I was able to get my food (after showing up 5 hours late) and they literally made my order fresh and gave me a complimentary drink for the hassle that I caused myself. The manager on was quick, efficient and completely understanding which is rare in my experiences. The food is pretty good! Everything you'd expect from a major chain American restaurant (pastas, burgers, salads, etc.). Their favored iced teas are never sweet. I wish they could put some Splenda in so I wouldn't have to use like 4 packets per refill. Service is fantastic -- very friendly and helpful. It has been awhile since we picked up. We have been in to sit down. Today we ordered pickup! Yet again, the New Orleans seafood didn't have the parmesan sauce as requested. I go back in and jokingly ask Mandy for a bucket of the parmesan sauce. The female manager came out. I explained that their was no sauce on the fish. She stated that she personally checked it. I said, there's no sauce on it, would you like to check it for yourself. She said, we charge for extra sauce is that okay! I said, that's fine. While waiting for the sauce I called my wife on the phone who was outside in the vehicle with the food and told her what happened and the manager treated me like I was lying. Manager comes out with the sauce and I told her my wife was coming in with the plate. Manager said, no no we believe you. Then stated that the cook thought the manager said,no sauce. Im use it being wrong. Mandy the bartender, knows this. What made me upset was the manager treating me like I was lying, stating that she personally checked it. And stated that I would have to pay for extra sauce. Those three things are the reason for this. This is bad customer service and bad management skills. The only positive thing was seeing Mandy again, she has always provided great customer service. read more

Told waitress salad bar needed attention, she said she would let the manager know. He brought out the broccoli salad that was empty did do anything with the dried vegetables or the brown lettuce that had been sitting there for a while. 5.99 wasted. Waitress was never attentive for not being very busy.**********So customer service ask for our information we add it but they never responded to our emails or anything. Tried their new smash burgers today. When they were delivered to our table we were dismayed by how small they were. $12-14 each and they honestly looked like child burgers. Smaller than normal buns and the meat was two Pattie's that were way smaller than the buns. Service was great though. read more

On a Saturday night this place was nearly dead. Can see why. Even with next to no customers it took over 5 min to even get a waitress to take the drink order, which the Bloody Mary was terrible. Salad bar was skimpy, the platter that my 6oz steak, overcooked, a tiny scoop of rice and the extra 4 bucks for tiny little grilled shrimp you could see more plate than food. Wife got the burger and fries which the fries came out lukewarm. I get it's a cheap chain restaurant but it wasn't that cheap and the portions for what you pay for were pathetic. read more

Ordered Grilled Chicken Family with Honey Bourbon glaze meal with mashed potatoes and salad as sides. Received enough salad for 1 person, and the dressing ordered was not there. The chicken did not have the glaze and the potatoes were overcooked. I have given this location numerous tries thinking it will get better it never has, never going back. read more

I used to love R/T. The last time (before today) I was very disappointed (waited forever for our food in a practically empty restaurant and was served cold food), but I decided to give them a second chance. This time my food was good; however, Mom's "boneless chicken wings" were horrible. The sauce was very spicy (and swimming in sauce) and the chicken was as hard as a rock. I brought them home, hoping I could soften them up. Nope. Total waste of money. I believe I spent my last $ at R/T. read more

My burger was way over cooked, most of my order was wrong and I had to sit and watch my partner finish his entire meal before the waitress even came to check on us to find out if everything was okay. I would give zero or negative stars if possible. We arrived at noon with less than half the restuarant full. The hostess who seated us had a upset look on her face. After asking to remove a chair so the people in wheelchairs could sit she left without leaving menus. So we waited ten minutes before we flagged her down. As we waited what seem to take fifteen minutes for the waitress to take drink orders. She leaves and guess what happens next? Yup more waiting just to get drinks. The salad bar had some empty and dried out food. As I went to reach for a plate there was a streak of black grime. As I go through each plate every single one was dirty. That is a good way to get people sick. I forgot to mention that they just brought these out. The decor is outdated and dingy. Staff seemed to care less and only attended to then 65 year olds. They should just close this place and put something worthwhile in here. Save your money and go elsewhere I know I will. read more

Service is slow. Waited 15 minutes to place just drink orders for a table of 5. Then another 10 minutes to place our food orders. 4 out of 5 of us added the salad bar but there was only two plates available. We had to wait another 5 minutes just to ask somebody to bring out more plates. When they finally brought out more plates, the first six plates had to be taken back because there was old dried food stuck on them. When I got a refill on my specialty tea, the glass was even dirty and I could not drink it. I truly believe corporate needs to do an overhaul on this location. A lot of the seats are torn, unmotivated staff, and the restaurant it self is very dirty. The salad bar needs to be replaced completely because it looks like there is mold up on top by the glass shield and on the back wall of the salad bar. read more

We had a very long wait for our food. They appeared to be understaffed. I ordered a steak - medium-rare. When I got my steak, it was well-done. That is the 2nd time I have gotten steaks from here that have been overcooked. Since I waited so long, I did not send it back. The side order of potatoes was too small too. I had ordered mashed potatoes before at a Ruby Tuesdays and know that their portions were supposed to be much larger. We barely saw our waitress during the meal. I thought this would be a good place to meet up with family. The exprrience was terrible. The waiter could not have cared less. He took the orders, briught glasses for refills and never took the old ones, never removed didhes befre outting the next ciurse on the table, screwed up the first chicken order, twenty mnutes to replace. They were not even busy. Four of us received cold soup. The salad was good, tho the salad bar is more limited than it used to be. When we received our bill theaiter came back after 15 minutes telling us they were having problems with the computer...another 15 minutes and my sister realuzes she was chared $80 overt He cost f her meal. Horrible chain restaurant. If you like bad food then this is your place. Their menu is atrocious. The kids menu is even worse. The food comes out either burnt, cold, raw or just plain inedible. We've tried this place 4 or more times and it's always something different with their service. Dried drips of stuff on the walls the tables, dirt and chunks along the edges of the bar floor and on the carpet under the booths in the bar. At 11:30 in the morning, the place should be clean. Here for the weekend for the state wrestling tournament. We decided to eat here since it's pretty much the only place around unless you wanna drive 25 miles to somewhere else. We got here with a group of about 15 and were told it'd be a 45 minute wait. We weren't upset because we had a decent sized party, however once an hour hit the kids started getting antsy. We went in and asked how much longer and ended up waiting another 45 minutes. I understand that it's a small town and they're not used to all of the commotion. They did a very good job and we got our food pretty quickly. I got the wrong burger but that was the only mess up. Props to them! read more

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had!!! My boyfriend and I live in the area and Ruby Tuesdays is the "nicest" restaurant around, so we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We had heard rumors about the restaurant recently going down hill quality wise, but we hadn't been there since it had taken this quote unquote "turn for the worst." We both ordered the black raspberry lemonades which are usually delicious. But, the waitress ended up bringing us one black raspberry tea and one black raspberry lemonade. Instead of complaining I just switched my boyfriend for his tea because he doesn't like tea. We then decided on the queso fries as an appetizer, and we both ordered $20 entrees. Mine a steak and his a seafood platter. Our entrees were delivered to us by our scattered brained waitress. My steak was about 50% pure fat and I found myself having to pick around the steak to find actual meat. My boyfriend was greeted by 3 tiny shrimp, a 4 inch long lobster tail and a piece of overdone tilapia. By then my boyfriend and I were asking ourselves the same question, "ummm, where in the heck is our appetizer?" Yep, that's right we received our entrees before our appetizer. We asked out waitress where our appetizer was, turns out she had completely forgotten about it! When we finally got it, it looked like it had literally been thrown together. When it came time to get the check, instead of asking if we needed boxes she cleared the table and took our food with her!! All in all horrible experience! read more

Menu changed way too much, this used to be a great restaurant in 2008 until about the end of 2010. Too many menu changes, and not good ones. Also they mess up orders a lot. I will give it to them though that they try to make it right for the most part. Only one time they refused to make the issue right, and obviously we haven't been back since.
