To say this establishment needs Help is an understatement!! Went in this afternoon around 2pm. Got seated pretty quickly & waiter came to table. He didn't have a super friendly personality but was acceptable. It all went down hill from there. The Salad Bar which is one of my favorite parts of the restaurant was out of most of their items & it took the one person refilling 30 mins or more to get it loaded. I had even asked for an item that was empty & was told she would be right out with it. It NEVER came! Entree was good. I got the chicken tenders. The only issue with that is the Nasty Cole slaw that was put on the same plate as my tenders which made them somewhat soggy. Would have been better to put that in a separate bowl. Time came to order our dessert (we had ordered the 3 course meal deal) and you would think that wouldn't be such a task but Boy was I wrong. It took 25 Mins to get Cake!!!!! Only gave 2 options to have so should have been a quick cut & out the door but Oh No!! Had to ask the waiter 3 times where it was. He was really of no help & took almost 10 mins to even get our change to us from the bill. Poor Management in place & not enough staff working to make it efficient. Food was good, but not good enough to have to wait that long!!! read more

Great service! Great food! I love this place now, they've definitely stepped there game up.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. Entering the lobby the rugs and floors were very dirty. We were seated in the bar area across from the kitchen entrance. Heavy kitchen traffic area and the constant door thumping. Our booth surronding walls were not clean. The Service was far but the time between ordering our grilled chicken salads to receiving them was around 25 mins. Our salads were decent. read more

I have been here a few times before but this time it was a big failure. My food came out wrong. Told the server to take it back and still came back wrong. Told him to remake it and when it did come back half my food was cold and I said something about it all I got was he was sorry. No manager even came over. Didn't even see one the whole time I was there. I guess the management don't care. About the custermers like they use to here. So be aware if you go here. read more

Let me share with you my last two visits to Ruby Tuesdays'. My first visit after a very long hiatus was about 2 weeks ago in Conyers, GA. The food was okay for chain food however when we were served their muffins/biscuits or whatever they call them, our party of four were served a total of 4 muffins. Now if you haven't been to a RT, a muffin is about the circumference of a quarter and about 1-1/2" high at most. Four mini muffins for 4 adults seem silly but I thought that perhaps they were running low. I then began to think of how many I would receive if I was dining by myself. If only one, would it be served under a cover and revealed to me in a flourish? Or would I receive two or maybe even three. After dinner, I went to the men's rooms and you can guess, my "radar" was turned "on" for muffins. I saw only one couple whose dinner had not arrived yet and they had 5 muffins. Hummmm. Last night I went to RT in Loganville, GA and again we were a party of 4. Guess how many muffins, we were served. Yep, FOUR. So off, to the WC for an unnecessary visit but rather an opportunity to see what couples or individuals were being served. You guessed it. One couple had 5 and another had 4. So my first sentence is figuratively and literally true. I will not return to RT for their mediocre food and their miserly servings of muffins, which by the way are not that great anyway. read more

Came in for lunch today, and was sat in the bar section which isn't a big deal, but I could tell the bartender didn't want to deal with my three year old daughter. Was out running errands with my daughter and my grandmother and wanted a quick good bite to eat. Now my grandmother and I have no complaints on our food, but I'm sorry I got the jumbo shrimp skewers for my daughter and there was no jumbo about them. My child doesn't like traditional kids meal options so to keep her happy I ordered her an adult entree. The shrimp were no way JUMBO, I watched two different managers walk past the table but no eye contact or inquires on our meal. The bartender didn't even ask how things were just asked if we needed anything else and that was an imposition by her attitude. Food was good, typical Ruby Tuesday, but the service was slow. The waitress was slow. The food was slow from the kitchen. There were only four tables of people, including us with no tables over four. There is no excuse. We had a BOGO coupon or we might have left. read more

So mothers day was a bust!!!! We arrived and were told 45 min would be a wait for a party of 7. An hour and a half later we are still standing here with approximately 4 parties 6+ that have left. We were told by the three hostesses standing at the front chitchatting that they only had booths and couldn't move tables together. After they sat a table of 8 that arrived after us. Well we had plans to take our mom somewhere following lunch but since this is taking so long we may have to cx those reservations. Oh....look they are calling us back....nope wait again they still have to clean the table. We normally go to Ruby Tuesdays in Winder....guess that we should have went there, because I can't stand a place that does not know how to call tables back in order and doesn't know how to push tables together to accommodate larger crowds. It had been many years since we ate at a Ruby Tuesdays. We decided to give this one a try since we could not decide on where to eat. We were seated promptly and our waitress took our drink orders right away. From that point on it went down hill. First of all the table we were seated at was poorly lit so we struggled to read the menus. It took 20 minutes to have our order taken. My wife ordered the Pasta Primavera and a salad bar and I ordered the Salad Bar and Tomato Soup. We were never given any silverware service so when I went up to the salad bar I grabbed a couple of services out of the basket where they were staged. Once we opened them up the forks had food still stuck on them. We brought this to the attention of the waitress and asked for new sets. She apologized but never brought any back so we had to ask the person that brought our food out. The pasta looked like it came from a boil in bag kit that you would pick up from the grocery store. It was luke warm in places and cold in other. My soup was unremarkable. All in all I can't see where this dining experience was worth the $34 dollars I paid for it. As we left I could see tables that had vacated 30 minutes before us that still had not been bused. I sincerely hope this is not how your company runs these restaurants but from past experiences in 3 different states it seems to be and I don't know what would ever make me go back. read more

I ordered a to-go meal since restaurant service seems to suck every time we go there. The to-go service was no different. The bartender Lauren was so rude. She rolled her eyes. Even though there was nobody in the bar area it took her five minutes to greet me. She made me pay first and she hung out at her register counting tips. I stood around waiting for 10 minutes before she went in the back to get my food. When she came back she tossed the food on the bar and walked off. So rude!! read more

I have never written any reviews.....negative or positive, however after eating at Loganville's Ruby Tuesday last evening I am left with no choice. Start to finish this was a most unpleasant dining experience. Upon entering the doorway (waiting area) we were hit with a blast of HOT air....which (happily) did change to 'cool' when we entered the restaurant. Despite the fact that the restaurant was practically empty, we waited more than five minutes before being seated. There seemed a lack of any service people present. The desk hostess disappeared for several minutes. Upon returning we were shown to our table. Our waitress was pleasant the the ONLY redeeming aspect of out visit. I ordered my long time favorite at this restaurant....their basic cheeseburger (medium)/onion rings, which has always been very good in the past. My dinner companion ordered a steak with sides of broccoli and baked potato. After waiting a reasonable amount of time our waitress reported there were no onion rings....OK....ff. Food was brought. Despite the fact our waitress announced the plate was hot....the french fries were barely warm and obviously not freshly prepared. The burger was....no other way to describe it....SAD. Barely warm and the bun was not fresh, the meat was far from medium and very dry, the small piece of romaine was 50% wilted to the dark green steamed color and the tomatoes were practically indescribable......just SAD. I have had better burgers from McDonald's that had obviously sat under the 'light' for some time.....and McD burgers is the last place I would purchase one ....till now! My friend's plate was no more appealing. The baked potato was satisfactory, the steak very tiny and not tender, and the broccoli contained not ONE flowerette stalk.....a tiny amount of small pieces of chopped broccoli. I was ready to recall the waitress but my dinner partner reminded me of the waste and 'starving children'...etc and so as not to initiate a complaint....we ate.....as much as I could tolerate. We have dined pleasantly and well pleased over the past 4-5 years at this RT but had been noticing the lack of service people over the past few visits....the declining number of diners and the downslide of quality of food. We made a pack that , despite the coupon enticement, this would be our last visit. I am now SAD since this was one of my favorite eating places. read more
