My wife and I stopped here for dinner last week in route to Daytona Beach. Her ribs were good, and my salmon was excellent. The salad bar as usual was the best. Good stop. read more

Food was good. I had hickory bourbon chicken. It was cooked perfectly. Service was good. He was wearing a mask so it was difficult to understand him. read more

To start, it was freezing cold in there. Secondly, we came for the salad bar and more than 1/2 of the items were at the bottom of the barrel or gone entirely. Wait staff was visiting with each other instead of taking care of business. I had to point out to the staff that the salad bar needed attention and it took approximately 10 minutes before anyone made a move toward it. Meanwhile, the situation didn't deter the employees enjoying each other's company. Nope. Very doubtful we will be back. read more

Impressive service and food quality on a busy Sunday afternoon. Service staff were friendly and attentive, and food arrived quickly from the kitchen still warm with great flavor and large portions. Taste was better than expected and will return again for some of the dishes. Two thumbs up. read more

Our server was very nice and quick. Food was great. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Broccoli was over Steamed, You could've matched it into mashed broccoli with the fork at your table. I ordered Caribbean chicken with coconut shrimp, Underneath the coconut batter the shrimp was practically raw. You can see my picture about the cupcakes Next time I'll definitely stick to the hamburger menu. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Little biddy cup cakes don't get fooled be menu picture - American Near Me - Lake City, Florida

Went on Sunday afternoon, busy but not packed. We were seated promptly, & our waiter spoke on his way to another table. He came right back and took our drink order. Throughout our time here he continually came by to check on us. I ordered the baby back ribs with chicken tenders, I substituted the salad bar for one of my sides. My wife ordered a chicken salad. She was disappointed that they had discontinued a salad that she really enjoyed. She liked the salad she did order though. I went to the salad bar, which was nicely stocked and fresh. The employee working this area struck up a friendly conversation and added to my enjoyment of selecting this reastuarant. My ribs & chicken were also delishous. We don't eat out at a lot of sit down reasturants but will keep them in mind when we do in the future. read more

After Covid my son and I were put up in a hotel from hell , while our home was being updated. My son has epilepsy and has an emotional companion our amazing dog !! So we decided to try Lake City food restaurants. First was Ruby Tuesday, my very good friend takes me out to celebrate. Ruby Tuesday use to be my favorite in my hometown of Jax. Not that night , it was the worst . Dry steak , dry bake potato. The drinks were amazing though and that's all my friend cared about. So 2 days latter my son brings in a steak from over at Ruby's, steak was so hard our dog wouldn't eat it, no butter or anything for the bake potato, seriously, nothing !! read more

One of the worst places I've ever been. Got attitude from a worker as soon as I came in, Asked for a well done burger with extra cheese. I GOT A RAW BURGER WITH NO EXTRA CHEESE, My replacement burger was burnt beyond repair. The cooks are awful and the place is dirty and does not follow COVID guidelines. read more

Here's the thing about chain restaurants - they are not all alike. As in any business the skill and attitude of the employees can make or break it. In the case of the Lake City, FL Ruby Tuesday, the employees I noticed were all focused on doing their work on a busy Valentines Day service. All were being kind, working together and getting it done. But, I saw the most extraordinary job being done by the salad bar steward/attendant. This lady managed that salad bar like it was her personal work of art. She was so keen on grooming every element perfectly, so intent on making sure nothing was missing that I had to watch her and be amazed by her dedication to her job. Well done Shauna (i know her name because we complimented her to the Manager)!!!! With employees like Shauna, this is a salad bar feast not to miss. Thank you! read more

Ruby Tuesday in Lake City Florida is awesome. They have wonderful staff great management just all around a nice atmosphere. Of course we have our favorites servers To us John and Shalamar are pretty close to perfect. The manager she goes above and beyond to make sure you come back and are life time customer. read more

Angie went above and beyond to help me out! I was looking to cater food into an office in Lake Butler last minute and was running into road block after road block. After calling several restaurants closer and being shut down, I called Ruby Tuesday and was connected with Angie who informed me that they didn't have any delivery drivers in but was quick to add that she wanted to help. She took my number and said she would try and figure something out and call me back. Five minutes later she called to say she found someone to deliver the food and walked me through a few good options for ordering. I work with a lot of offices in several states that I have food catered into, typically set up in advance, and this is by far the best experience I have had. The office was thrilled with the food and it was on time! Thank you Angie! read more

Quick and easy access from the highway. Salad bar was full and mostly fresh (cucumbers were a little rough) but everything else was great. Our server, Tara H, was great and super nice. She was on point with my 300+ water refills. read more

Had a wonderful dinner tonight! Food was delicious our server Ryan was great! Manager checked in with us! Highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Very friendly and helpful when we ordered takeout. Good portions of each meal so our kids could share a meal. And open late!

This is by far the worse place I've ever eaten. Great waitress though. Such a nice young lady. We had a chicken sandwich to go and ordered it with extra spicy sauce and omg the damn chicken is totally burnt the hell up. The so called grilled zucchini was horrible and very very cold. The sandwich had literally one small piece of bacon and literally barely a hint of sauce to go with the dry ass burnt chicken sandwich!! Horrible place. They should go out of business just like most of the others!! Nothing was good at all here but the waitress. Poor girl.. then walking out I caught myself from falling in front of the salad bar. There was a ton of oil among other stuff. The bartender saw it happen. Hurt my knee bigger than shit. She saw it happen. So that being said this was the worse place I've ever eaten!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Sucks read more

Worst dining experience my family has ever had. Server was okay but her boyfriend who I guess worked their accused us of staring at her and get jealous and wanted to pick a fight with me and the rest of the people I was with. And not no exchange of words. Dude wanted to pull us outside and was cussing and trying to physically fight us read more

Worst dining experience Iv had in 15 years. The service was fine but the food was terrible. There was only brown lettuce in the garden bar area and half the vegetables were empty. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone especially since there's much better options around the corner. read more

Went here for lunch, split a burger with my wife and got the salad bar. Great salad bar! Plenty of toppings to choose from. The broccoli salad it's one of my favorite things at the bar. The burger showed up and wad conveniently split in the kitchen for us, seasoned well and tasted great. read more

What ever happened to the salad bar that Ruby Tuesday was so popular..? If it's salad you're hungry for, do yourself a favor (don't lose your appetite) and look elsewhere. Totally substandard quality! read more

I have only been to a few of their locations, as I usually do not go to chain restaurants like this, and this one was my least favorite of their locations so far. On a Monday night with very few people there it took a very long time for our food to come out and the salad bar ran out of several items and they were never restocked. The service was pretty good and the food was not bad, but overall I think they could do better. read more

I started going to this Ruby Tuesday since my other Lake City restaurant I went to on the way home (Tallahassee) from my monthly work in The Villlages closed at 10pm, and Ruby Tuesday was open until 11:00. I tried their Bourbon Glazed Salmon the first time. It was delicious....cooked perfectly. The baked potato was also great. The next month I ordered the same dish. However, it was disappointing because the salmon was tough, being over-cooked. Last night was my 3rd visit and with some trepidation I ordered the salmon again. To my delight, it was cooked to perfection: crusted on top, and tender throughout. The baked potato was simply delicious, as was the broccoli. It was a to-go order and sometimes those orders sit and it's barely warm by the time you pick it up. This meal was nice and warm; the potato was actually hot. It was all-in-all an absolutely delicious meal, one of the best I've ever had. And that's saying something, as I am 72 years old! Also they were busy and my server took care of me timely and was very polite. read more

Went in to grab a bite to eat while traveling. Great experience the staff is very professional and welcoming. Had a fantastic burger and the wife had an amazing ribeye. one of our favorite restaurant for husband and wifey dinner date. so we almost tried everything...ooppss...only me because my husband always order the unlimited salad bar which never failed him to get healthy full tummy with very reasonable price...so this time i ordered pork steak and it is really thick, cooked (as i requested) yet juicy, and the sweet thick sauce made me clean the bones...yummy! yahaha! french fries is always good here...but the rice that they served is always too salty for me...the first time, second time i ordered it i thought it is only my tastebud, the third time i wanted to comment but our server is too nice ...but this is the fourth time i had the rice and still salty although the server is always nice...i am asian so i will still order the rice here next time ha! ha! ha! because aside from that everything is really good and recommendable! read more

I had the best experience at Ruby Tuesday tonight. Food was great. Drinks were great. The wait staff and management was very impressive. Highly recommend this location. read more

My 92 year old father has eaten at the franchise in other locations so we tried the one in Lake City. We both had the baby back ribs with the dry rub and Bourbon sauce. It was delicious. I wish I had ordered the full rack. They were rather small and just six of them. The waitress was extremely friendly and energetic. Wish I had asked her name. She was expecting her third child and mother-in-law worked there too. I had grilled zucchini which I love. It was a little over-grilled but who cares! We realized later that the vets home (Robert H. Jenkins State Domiciliary) he lived at shared coupons for $5.00 off your meal!! Too late but thanks anyway. The place was busy which is always a good indication of its popularity. read more

I've been here three times and I can tell you the service is horrible. I sat in the bar all three times. Each time it took forever for a server to show at the table and even longer to place an order and get something to drink. The third time, I just walked out. Won't be back. For the price the food is marginal but not horrible read more

Great food. The service was shockingly good. Had ribs for the first time here, pretty good for a chain. The service again better than many high dollar places I have eaten. read more

We order the tempura green beans and most of the breading had fallen off. This made them greasy.

Great service! Just took a group of 12 adults + kids in about 20 minutes before closing, and received no complaint (a breath of fresh air, as we had just been treated terrible at another restaurant for coming in 30 minutes before closing). The food was great, the staff was friendly and the service was fast. 2 thumbs up!! read more

Good food, but they got my order wrong twice and got my husband's order wrong. That was frustrating, but the food was good.

Worst meal and service of entire vacation. Rikki, the server, was very unfriendly and complaining about her job. She said should actually be paid not to work. The food was terrible and extremely small portions. Will never eat at another one again. read more

This location was filthy and had a horrible odor. The restroom smelled or urine and was very dirty as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. While they promote the garden bar this location does not maintain it; there was brown lettuce and many of the other sides were clumpy and not fresh. The attention to detail by the server was nonexistent. I ordered a specific side and received something totally different. The beverage ordered from the bar tasted spoiled. Overall this location was really bad and not well kept or clean. read more
