Food is as you would expect I'd you've ever been to Ruby Tuesday. My only comment is on how poorly this place is managed. We were made to wait 15 minutes despite there being 5 empty tables visible from the front door. Throughout our dinner, there were constantly people waiting for a table and there were no less than 5 empty tables at a time. At one point, one of the waiters stated that his entire section was empty. The host replied that the kitchen couldn't keep up. So, if you have time to wait for no good reason, you should go here. If I were the owner, I'd be outraged that the staff was purposefully costing me money. read more

Ordered a smokehouse burger there today, asked for it to be medium. First attempt it could of got off the plate and ran away. 2nd attempt I could of used it for a hockey puck. This was around 5pm. The clueless want to be chef either forgot his how to cook for idiots cook book or he simply did not care. Not to mention I guess they were running low on garnishes. Asked for tomatoes and lettuce. I got 1 shriveled up slice of tomato and a wilted leaf of lettuce. Highly recommend you stay away from this place. Oh and btw I am a graduated chef from the culinary institute of America. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my boyfriend stopped in here only because they had a salad bar once we walk in the place was completely empty only 2 other customers in the whole place we were sat by the hostess and left for 10 to 15 mins before our waitress came to ask what we were drinking. In that 10-15 min wait time i watched the kitchen help walk in and out of the kitchen from being outside working on his car. He had no ruby tuesday attire on street clothes only and looked very dirty and strung out, not professional at all! We then tell the waitress we want the salad bar (she had to make our salads due to covid) so whatever she makes them we sit down i was on my second or third bite and what do you know I FIND A HAIR IN MY SALAD!!!!!!! No surprise the kitchen help obviously was not wearing any kind of mask over his beard so we go tell the hostess we would like our check that we just found a hair in our salad and that she should probably get off her cell phone and go throw that whole bowl of salad away. She then proceeds to just go and stir the salad up so it can be served to the next guest. Our waitress then proceeds to drop the check on our table and zoom past us without skipping a beat or asking how our experience was. Most unprofessional and grimy place ive ever been to this whole place needs shut down and the health department needs brought in I will be putting in a call to them next. We were still charged for my boyfriends salad and drink which he didnt even get to try the lemonade and his salad came from the same hairy bowl mine did . This place is more worried about making a dollar instead of satisfying customers its money over safety here and quite frankly its disturbing as we were leaving there was another man with hair as long as mine walking into the back door (where emplyoees enter) with street clothes on and no hair net this place is a joke. OH and cannot forget to add that when i posted my review on thier facebook it was hidden so the pubic could not read it then when i send them a private message asking them why it was read and not responded to really classy ruby tuesday! read more

Ate at Ruby's many times. Food usually good. Service OK...fish tacos need more fish and less lettuce. Still better than Applebee's by far. My wife's steak wasn't the greatest last time. read more

Service was slow. Took about five minutes before anyone knew I was there. The waitress was too busy eating to come wait on me. I had to get my own silverware. The salad bar was almost out of clean cold plates. It was out of the mixed lettuce, black olives, and sunflower kernels. The onions, green peppers, and broccoli were not cut up small, like at the one I usually eat at. The cheese fries were given to me cold and they were terrible. When I come back to this town for work, I will avoid this place. read more

Grossly mismanaged! My wife and I ate there at 5pm on 12/16/2013. To start, Ruby Tuesday is known for their salad bar. Not here! It was a complete mess. It looked like someone pulled a 3 year old in a high chair to the salad bar and let him go to town. Food everywhere, on the floor and each item had bits and pieces of other items mixed in, and everywhere else. It was 5pm on a Monday and the place was dead. What was left on the salad bar looked old like it was just left from a busy lunch and never restocked or cleaned. Next, we each ordered sandwiches. My wife ordered a portobello sandwich and I the BBQ bacon something,,,,When our orders came to the table they were both wrong. Hers was advertised as a marinated and grilled Portobello mushroom cap, she got a burger with bacon, cheese crispy onions and a sliver of portobello mushroom on top....was not supposed to be any meat on it...My sandwich was advertised to have bacon, cheese and crispy onions on top. Mine came with a couple soggy onion rings on top. Not to mention I ordered onion rings and it came with fries. We also ordered the spring rolls as our appetizer. They tasted old, like they had been left unwrapped in a freezer for weeks, then left out to thaw and mold. Also, we couldn't quite figure out what the "dipping sauce" was, until the waitress came to take the plate away and asked if we wanted to keep the ranch dressing for our fries? If it was ranch it was an old empty container and to save a dime, some bonehead poured water and shook it around to get the essence of ranch and poured it into the dipping cup and served it to us. It actually had bubbles on top! It was the consistency of water...nasty. Did I mention the place was dead and it was 5 pm on a Monday! We will never go there to spend another dime, EVER Oh,,Did I mention my wife ran to the bathroom as soon as we got home? She just said, " I feel sick, I think I may have gotten food poisoning or something" Just fabulous. I would suggest you save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. read more

Worst RT visit I've ever had. Salad bar was either out of items or nasty. Grey broccoli salad. Old cucumbers. Triple prime burger served improperly. Understaffed. Waited on by bartender, he was quite pleasant - other than that - horrible. read more

Management and staff. My fiancé is an employee at Ruby Tuesday's in Clarksburg West Virginia. She is a shift leader. On Wednesday, February 27 of this year I had been to Walmart grocery shopping when I decided to stop in and say hello to her at the end of her shift and have a couple of cocktails at the bar area. After having one cocktail and waiting on my second one, a young employee came over and was talking to the couple sitting next to me about their complaints on their steak not being repaired properly. I overheard him make the comment that he was the manager and would make sure that this would never happened again. From my understanding his name is Brian. While he was behind the bar I said you are the manager, he reply yes. I said wow... Congratulations you're awful young to be a manager. The bartender then asked me if I needed anything else while she stepped outside, I replied no now as of now. After walking outside to visit with my fiancé for a second I noticed that the whole staff including "The manager" was outside taking a smoke break, and when I mean smoke break it wasn't something you buy at Speedway. After walking back in the restaurant and ordering my third cocktail I was told by the bartender that the manager had cut me off. I am over 6 foot tall 210 pounds served two tours of duty in Iraq and was cut off after two captain and cokes. The bartender replied would you like to speak to the manager "Brian" I replied sure, after speaking with him he told me that I seemed intoxicated. Note I have been to the grocery store I have not had any thing else prior to coming into the restaurant to drink but yet was cut off after two cocktails. After the whole staff besides my fiancé had been outside smoking something besides cigarettes. He knew that I had smelt whatever they had been consuming. This place is in dire need of proper management. In all my years I have never seen such a childish and unprofessional management teen in general at any kind of eating establishment. I hope whoever owns this chain of restaurants would implement some kind of random drug testing and maybe some kind of ethical classes. read more

I'm sorry, I tried to give this place it's best shot, but really it was impossible. So we walked in, and were completely ignored for a good two minutes. People were looking at us, and in that moment I sincerely felt that I was already done and wanted to go someplace else. Then, a girl walks by (turned out to be the hostess) and doesn't say a word but grabs a child booster seat and walks away. So now we're into 3-4 minutes and were still waiting, only for the girl to return to seat us. I would've been fine if she had said "I'll be with you in a moment", or anything instead of making myself feel unwanted and not needed. Anyway, we were seated and greeted by a very pushy server. He basically wouldn't take no for an answer on appetizers that he suggested, and then proceeded to describe to me the content of an appetizer I had not asked about and was completely not interested in. After this, we had ordered two burgers prime and some fries. The burgers were fine, until later that night when we developed a form of food illness. After many trips to the bathroom and the poor service, me and K came to the conclusion that we will never return to this location. I could've had a better meal somewhere else. read more

If you're looking for a reasonably quick sit-down meal (with healthier options) after pounding the pavement on I-79 for hours, they've got your number. Like other Ruby Tuesday locations they've got a well-stocked salad bar along with a menu of fairly standard American fare. I've found the service here to be quick and accurate. Your mind likely won't be blown, but you probably won't be disappointed either. read more

I use to eat at this resturant frequently until my last visit. It was horrible service where we didn't get our app until all the entrees were finished. Not once did the manager come to check on the table or offer a discount. The last straw was when the waitress tried to scam two dollars off the bill. She brought my change back minus the two dollars and when I corrected her mistake, she proceed to tell me that it was my correct change and tried to show me a different bill that wasn't my own. I showed her the copy of my bill that I had kept after she told me to "calm down" (I was calm) and asked for my two dollars back. I was not going to leave a tip after that horrible service. The waitress then proceeded to throw my change back at me in an extremely unprofessional manner. Having had enough, I then left the resturant. I tried to call maybe five minutes later to talk to the manager, where the resturant put me on hold for 15 minutes, eventually hanging up on me. Extremely unprofessional enviornment and manners. If I could give it less stars, I would. Had a horrible service there on Saturday night. Six tables were open and yet there was a 25 minute wait. We had to ask three people for silverware, including the manager. Host told my husband to just take two rolls because everyone would at least have a fork. Our kids' food came out a full 15-20 minutes before our meals. Salad bar was a mess, brown lettuce, toppings not restocked, plates dirty with dried food stuck to them. Our meals were disgusting. How do you mess up chicken tenders?! We were not given refills or our dipping sauces. Food tasted burnt and like old grease and was inedible. Two tables around us had their meals comped. No one checked on us at all until the bill came and we were overcharged. It was a waste of $50 for a family of two adults and 2 children who only ordered soft drinks, two kids meals, two entrees, and two salad bars. We will not be going back. Upon leaving the host said, "Sorry about the silverware thing" and that was it. I already sent a complaint letter to corporate. Unacceptable. A complete waste of a family meal. read more
