Granted I was with a group of 9 and we sat at the bar, but those of us that opted out of the salad bar option and ordered from the menu waited about an hour for our food. One of our party ordered the salmon (dodged that bullet) and had to wait an extra 10-15 min. The food was good and hot when received. Service staff were very friendly. I don't know if the kitchen was just overwhelmed or what the disconnect was. However, if you are in a hurry, I cannot recommend. read more

Ehhh, Same old issue at all Ruby Tuesday restaurants. The look and feel tired. Used to be the go to place of the 80's. Service was good and the server was friendly but the menu is kind of lackluster. Need attention to general cleaning and sanitation. Most of the brooms and mops were in view and uninviting near the restrooms. read more

Service was great. The place was clean. Tables are a bit close to one an other. The food was a let down. I had sirloin and ribs. The sirloin was 1/2 the thickness it used to be. The ribs were boiled then roasted (ok), but then the sauce was ladled on to drowning out the fries too. As far as the cooking of the food, it was done good. Presentation, well that's another issue. The portions are corporates fault. Raise the price and keep it the same. Don't raise the price and cut the quality/portion. It's not rocket science or brain surgery. read more

One star because I can't give none. Server was nice, his service was lousy. Sticky ribs appetizer were not sticky they were burnt to a crisp. Salmon was thrown on the plate with a quarter size chunk missing. When mentioned to the server he just stared at us. We watched 2-3 parties be turned away by the hostess who said there was a 20-30 minute wait, while there were multiple tables and booths open and the servers stood around doing nothing. Disappointing visit. The lettuce was clearly brown and old at the salad bar. I notified a server and they said they would ask the kitchen to switch it out. They never did, instead they filled it up with more brown lettuce. Also, the restrooms are dirty and there is also a really bad smell in there. I always find the cleanliness of a restaurant's restrooms are an indicator of the overall cleanliness. So beware. We used to love going to Ruby Tuesday's, but it looks like their days are numbered. The best I have ever experienced in a restaurant, hands down. The food was delicious, too, and their salad bar is well looked after. You can usually tell how good a place is by how many regulars they have coming in. Well, the entire time we were there, it was a continuous stream of regulars coming in to pickup orders or to dine. Ate today and it was a train wreck. The waitress was very nice but it was clear about 5 minutes into our dining experience that it was a flaming train wreck. The staff had no clear direction and everyone was just trying to figure out the next move. The soda was out, no sugar for tea and just plain crazy. Food was ok but it was a madhouse. Was a wonderful stop on our long road trip. The staff was extremely friendly. They were quick. The pasta dishes had a wonderful flavor, specifically the shrimp in a Parmesan sauce over penne. The server was attentive and the staff were nice and considerate however the food was greasy and not always as advertised. We got the Tater Tachos which says it comes with cheddar cheese; it did but we could literally count the shreds. It looked more like an accident that they were there. Foods ok. Salad bar is excellent. My problem was the bar chairs are so close to the bar that if you weight over about 250 you won't fit. I had to sit sideways. They are fixed so you can't move them. A very poor design spoiling what might have been a good experience. read more

A+ food; solid B service. I had the Asian Glazed Salmon and girlfriend had the Barbecued Chicken. Both were juicy and cooked perfectly. Girlfriend didn't like her mashed cauliflower. The snow peas and french fries were good. Waitress was very friendly but just slightly under-attentive. It took her a little while to notice that girlfriend's drink was empty. The service wasn't bad, I've had far worse, but for what we paid it could be better. About $50 to feed two people! We had a warm blondie for dessert. It was REALLY good. Coffee was strong but I enjoyed it. It wasn't busy on Sunday night like a lot of the other places we tried were. We got seated right away. What a wonderful experience! The food was terrific. We all had steaks and they were all perfectly prepared and flavorful. The Asiago peppercorn and Cajun rib eyes were amazing. The salad bar was perfect. We added it for 3.99 and had mashed potatoes and fresh beans and zucchini as sides and all were good. The raspberry lemonade was sweet but the margaritas did not disappoint. Our most favorite part of the visit was the wait staff. Everyone was friendly and our server Kerry was the very best. Our daughter labeled her "amazeballs". If we are ever passing through again we will be sure to stop back. read more

so first off i would like to state that the customer service was the only pleasant part of my evening.. when we both ordered a steak they said okay then came back and told us that they only had 1, so my step dad changed his order to the ribeye, im not sure how his was but my steak was horrible... chewy, unevenly cooked, med rare when i ordered rare. and to add a flames to a fire my frys were cold and stale. so towards the end i was like "maybe the dessert can save this evening. so i decide on the cookie "skillet" remember that for later. so i wait about 5 minutes which is a good waiting time just for it to come out NOT IN A SKILLET whole dessert ruined. the only redeming part of this night was the mozzarella stick, omg they were to die for. but i feel like this place should focus more on their main entrees and not there appetizers... the only reason this place gets a star is the customer service was on point. goodnight. read more

It's middle of the road. At peak hours most of the food is decent; I usually get the salmon with no seasoning. The reason I give it a lower rating is because the prices are way to expensive for what you get, and because of the way the restaurant has a tendency to go downhill depending on who manages the restaurant. Often times later at night, the waitresses really are allowed to do whatever they want, and service goes wayy downhill, and so does the food. They had no interest in serving us. We reserved a table for 7. Table was ready when we got their. Took 10 minutes to place our drink order. We ordered an appetizer that we never received. Never was mentioned why we didn't get it. Never got an apology for not receiving and it didn't show up on our bill. Upon receiving our food almost an hour after being their it was cold. No apologies for the wait, nothing. I know we were just traveling and we travel this route once every year or so. This will definitely not be a place we stop at again. read more
