First off, the Hostess needs some serious training. Please do not call me "baby". I am not your baby! That is rude, condescending and disrespectful. She needs to not be smacking on gum either! RT's isn't a 50's diner last I checked. Donna, the waitress...FANTASTIC!! Really like this girl. Food was good, no complaints there but dang...it was colder than a well diggers butt!! I will not go back. It took 10 minutes for hostess to appear to get seated in an almost empty restaurant. About 15 minutes after being seated, a waitress came to take our order. About 10 minutes later we got drinks. After about 30 minutes the waitress decided to check on our food. She brought our entres. I asked about our appetizers and she said they were on the other sid3 and she would cancel the order. I had ordered a ribeye which was small and all fat. My granddaughter had a hamburger which she enjoyed. Food and service were both bad. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. This is ridiculous we waited 10 minutes finished our appetizers before our drinks arrived. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for refills. The Alexander City al location was awful. Food was cold server and bartender were disrespectful and rude.

Most of time pretty good. Last time got a go order of turkey burger and tripple prime burger. The beef burger was cooked all the way through on the same side and seriously burnt complete with soot. Cook would have gotten that back if someone got it dinning in. read more

The waitress with her clear beads in her butt length hair was rude, asked multiple time's for refills , food was subpar at best, chief doesn't know the difference between rare medium or well done. I love the indoor decor. It is very elegant. The salad bar selection is excellent. I always get the salad bar. The service is great. I used to love their little biscuits, but they stopped serving it. They also have very good broccoli and fries. read more

We don't normally do Ruby Tuesday's anymore as we find their food tends to be really salty but we called in here and were pleasantly surprised. I had the baby bella chicken and it was wonderful - chicken was super tender and mushroom sauce very flavorful. Hubby had a small steak and it was perfectly cooked to his liking. I received a Ruby Tuesday gift card from work. I thought we'd redeem it tonight. That did not happen. DO NOT go to the Ruby Tuesday in Alex City. We were seated immediately, our server introduced herself and too our drink orders, returned with our drinks then left. They were not busy at all. However, we sat there for about 20 minutes while our server visited with people at another table, even showing them pictures on her phone. When she finally made it back over to us, I told her I would like to pay for the tea and coke that we were leaving. She asked" Have I taken your order?" I told her no she had not. She said," I'm sorry but I've had a lot going on." So then I respond, " I saw what you had going on, standing at one table visiting and showing pictures on your phone!" She said there was no charge for the drinks. We left, NEVER TO GO BACK ! We were followed out by a family of 3 and they stopped a family at the door and warned them. You know what to expect in a chain restaurant, clean and consistent food. This place also has a great salad bar! Host greeted us promptly and waitress was good. Pretty slow on a cold Tuesday night so we were in and out quick, which is what we were looking for. We sat at a booth but the bar looked nice too. read more

Came here on Easter evening for some food after relaxing at the lake with my fiancé. Donna was our server and she was fantastic! All the staff was very friendly and we were very surprised at how nice they were considering that it was evening on Easter. All in all great place. read more

The service was fantastic!!! I mentioned I would be sharing the entree and it came out on separate plates!! Which is way different than most places.....usually you might get a second plate if they remember!!! Our server, Melani M, was super attentive and it was very crowded after the Auburn Univ. game!!! Went there on 2/4/2019. Was seated right away. 10 minutes later, I asked the hostess and manager if anyone was serving our area. Manager was annoyed by question and just said "yes I have someone servicing that area". That was the end of the conversation. He did not send a server over or take care of the situation himself. He just went behind the bar. The hostess did take our drink order....2 teas and a milk. The milk never came, neither did a server. After about 10 minutes they say another party of 4 behind us and a server came out immediately....still no server at our table. We left! Do not recommend. read more

So the food was ok nothing really to write home about but ok. The problem came with our check I had a buy one entree get one entree half off coupon! Ok so I ordered full rack of ribs which comes with 2 sides and my husband ordered a rib eye then we ordered the trio appetizer. We get the check and we r charged for 2 Caesar salads one of which was my side and the other was the side of my son who was on a completely separate ticket and there was only $6 taken off for the coupon. So I told her about the salads and she said oh ok I'll fix and about it only taking off $6 when it should have taken off $9.29 which is half of the lowest price entree again ok I'll fix. About 20 mins later she comes back... not fixed! She still charged me for one Caesar salad which should have been a side to my meal and then she still only took off $5.73 for the coupon why u ask because she said she put in the appetizer as an entree cause I ordered it same time as my meal what? Really? I was unaware u had to order ur appetizer and then later order ur meal or that makes ur appetizer an entree! Now my question is ruby Tuesday had I come in and ordered 2 appetizers would u have let me use the coupon I'd say no as it clearly said 2 entrees! Jus a rip off and I'll never go here again the food really wasn't that good anyway to warrant allowing them to cheat u! If they don't want to honor their coupons then don't send them out! read more

Food was decent...even though they got my order wrong. Service was horrible. Personality of the wait staff was nonexistent.

My experience was positive. The salad bar was fine. The grilled shrimp were tasty. I just always ask for napkins to dry off the butter. It isn't hard to do. The lady bartender made me a very good margarita. The folks there in Alabama are hospitable. read more
