Worst Customer Service I Think Ever…read more Last night I decided to surprise my gluten-intolerant friend with a gluten free pizza, as I called prior and found out that this location supplies the gluten-free crust. I double-checked and asked the cashier if they had gluten-free crust, which he said no (he seemed new, accidentally rung me up for a regular large pizza). The manager was nearby and said that they did, and I paid $27 for it, and felt suspicious when the pizza was handed to me. I walked back inside after receiving my pizza and politely double-checked to ask if it was gluten free, to which my response from the woman behind the counter was a short, cold, agitated, 'no'.. She looked at me and my friend like WE were the ones that made it wrong She had me snitch out who took my order and god only knows if the poor kid was round up behind the store and shot afterwards. She made me give my pizza back, and we waited for the gluten-free one to be made. Of course it was a tiny, single-sized portioned pizza (that's just how gluten-free stuff is sadly, which is why I felt my large pizza was too good to be true). However I was never offered a refund, in-store credit, coupon, or anything after paying full price for a large regular pizza, and not a gluten-free one. I would have been happy keeping the one I paid for and making another order for the gluten-free one, but again was never offered any options.
